Arya Samaj (Hindi: आर्य समाज सिंगापुर) has existed in Singapore since 1927 and runs Hindi classes at its premises through the Dayanand Anglo-Vedic Schools System.

It has a population of about 17,234 (approx) persons living in around 1,390 households. Teekli is dominated by Yadavs. In late 1950s a few hundred Yadavs from Teekli moved to establish the new village of Samaspur.Gurgaon Bus Stand is just 14 km away from Teekli. Gurugram Airstrip (formerly Gurgaon Airstrip), also Bhondsi Airstrip and Silokhera Airstrip, is an airstrip located between Silokhera and Bhondsi villages, 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) south of Gurugram city center, in Haryana state of India.

Mangar Bani, a paleolithic archaeological site and sacred grove hill forest next to the Mangar village on Delhi-Haryana border, which is dominated by Gurjar community; is in the South Delhi Ridge of Aravalli mountain range in Faridabad tehsil of Faridabad district in the Indian state of Haryana. It lies, immediate south of India's national capital Delhi, within NCR. This whole area is dominated by Gurjar Community. It is Indian subcontinent's largest neolithic South Asian Stone Age site and tool making factory dating back to 100,000 years Before Present (BP), first ever such site with cave painting in Aravalli range dating back to 20,000-40,000 BP, making it the oldest human habitation discovered in Haryana and Delhi NCR.Contiguous to Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary, it is an important biodiversity area within the Northern Aravalli leopard wildlife corridor stretching from Sariska Tiger Reserve to Delhi with several wetlands, formed in the abandoned open pit mines in and around the area and have significance for the migratory birds, are Badkhal Lake, 10th century ancient Surajkund reservoir and Anangpur Dam, Damdama Lake, Tughlaqabad Fort and Adilabad ruins (both in Delhi).There are concerns for its destruction due to littering, encroachment and illegal construction in the nearby area. Activists have been demanding that government must implement a wide-ranging conservation plan, legally declare this area as the protected forest and protected archaeological site, and have it listed among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of India.

Gurugram University is a state university established by Haryana Act 17 of 2017 and started functioning from academic year 2018–19.

Sushant University, formerly Ansal University (AU) and Ansal Institute of Technology (AIT), is a private university situated in Gurgaon, National Capital Region (NCR), India. It was established in 2012 through the Haryana Private Universities Act (Amendment) 2012, which also established MVN University and Baba Mastnath University. It was previously a private college affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, established in August 2000 under the Chiranjiv Charitable Trust. In 2020 it was renamed to its current name, under the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2020.

Bandhwari is a village dominated by Gurjar community in Gurgaon district in the Indian state of Haryana. It is an important biodiversity area contiguous to Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary within the Northern Aravalli leopard wildlife corridor. Bandhwari is also nicknamed the "cancer village", because one in every three household has a cancer patient, caused by the mixing of leachate from the garbage landfill into the groundwater.

IILM University, or in its full name Institute of Integrated Learning in Management University, is a private university located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. It was established on 6 April 2018 under the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2018, after the Bill was approved by the Haryana Legislative Assembly in March 2018. It evolved from the Gurgaon campus of IILM Institute for Higher Education, established 1993.
