Dusit Palace

The Vimanmek Mansion (Thai: พระที่นั่งวิมานเมฆ, RTGS: phra thi nang wimanmek) is a former royal villa in Bangkok, Thailand. It is in the Dusit Palace complex in Dusit District. As of 2019 it has been dismantled to allow for foundation repairs and will be rebuilt upon its completion.

Abhisek Dusit Throne Hall (Thai: พระที่นั่งอภิเศกดุสิต; RTGS: Aphisek Dusit) or the Thai Handicraft Museum is a Throne Hall located within Dusit Palace to use as a throne hall and banquet facilities for Dusit Palace. Its construction started in 1903 and completed in 1904 in the reign of King Chulalongkorn. Architectural design by Mario Tamagno. Currently it use for a museum about Thai Handicraft in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall or the Ambara Villa (Thai: พระที่นั่งอัมพรสถาน: Phra Thinang Amphorn Sathan) is a royal mansion situated inside Bangkok's Dusit Palace. It served as the primary residence of the former King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) and former Queen Sirikit of Thailand, and was the birthplace of King Vajiralongkorn.

The Parliament House of Thailand (Thai: อาคารรัฐสภาไทย) was a building which housed the National Assembly, the legislative branch of the Government of Thailand from 1974 to 2018. The legislature is a bicameral body, consisting of two chambers: the upper house (the Senate of Thailand), and the lower house (the House of Representatives of Thailand). The Parliament House of Thailand is in the Dusit District of the capital, Bangkok. In 2019 the legislature moved into a new building named the Sappaya-Sapasathan, which became the new parliament house.

The Royal Elephant National Museum, also known as Chang Ton National Museum, is a museum located in Dusit District, Bangkok, Thailand.

The Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall (Thai: พระที่นั่งอนันตสมาคม pronunciation : Phra Thinang Anantasamakhom: translated as 'The place of immense gathering') is a royal reception hall in Dusit Palace in Bangkok, Thailand. It was commissioned by King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) in 1908. The building was completed in 1915, five years after Rama V's death in 1910. It is now employed from time to time for state occasions. Until October 2017, when it indefinitely closed to the public, the hall was open to visitors as a museum and housed the Arts of the Kingdom exhibition, which showcased handicrafts produced under the sponsorship of the Queen Sirikit Institute.

Dusit Zoo (Thai: สวนสัตว์ดุสิต) or popularly known as Khao Din Wana (เขาดินวนา) and Khao Din (เขาดิน) was a zoo in Bangkok, Thailand. Located at Khao Din Park in Bangkok's Dusit District next to the Parliament House and Dusit Palace, it was the oldest zoo in Thailand, built by King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) as his private garden adjacent to the royal palace. After the king's death, the garden was left unattended for years.

Equestrian statue of Chulalongkorn the Great, (Thai: พระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว) other known as Equestrian statue (Thai: พระบรมรูปทรงม้า, RTGS: phraborom marup songma, pronounced [pʰráʔ bɔː rom má rûːp soŋ máː ]) is an outdoor sculpture in cast bronze at the center of the Royal Plaza in Bangkok, Thailand, honoring King Chulalongkorn. It was erected on 11 November 1908 to commemorate his 40th anniversary of his accession to the throne, the longest-reigning monarch in Siamese history at that time.

Wat Rachathiwat Ratchaworawihan (วัดราชาธิวาสราชวรวิหาร) or simply Wat Rachathiwat, is a second-class royal monastery of the ratchaworawihan type, located on the east bank of the Chao Phraya River in the Wachiraphayaban subdistrict of Dusit, Bangkok. The monastery is affiliated with the Dhammayuttika Nikaya, a reform order of Thai Theravada Buddhism.

The Royal Plaza, or formally Dusit Palace Plaza (Thai: ลานพระราชวังดุสิต; RTGS: Lan Phra Ratchawang Dusit), and also known among Thais as Equestrian Statue Plaza (Thai: ลานพระบรมรูปทรงม้า; RTGS: Lan Phra Borommarup Song Ma), is an important public square in the palace and government quarter of Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. It is located in front of Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall in Dusit Palace, Dusit District, Bangkok, which was the former reception hall of the palace where King Chulalongkorn (Rama V; r. 1868–1910) once lived, and was later used as the first parliament building. At the center of the plaza is the Equestrian statue of King Chulalongkorn, the "Great beloved king". The square is rectangular shaped, about 500 metres long and 150 metres wide.The Royal Plaza forms the northeastern end of Ratchadamnoen Avenue that presents a 1.5-km long vista towards it and links the plaza with the Sanam Luang and the Grand Palace in Bangkok's old town. Next to the plaza is Suan Amporn Park, the venue of the annual Red Cross Fair. On the northern corner of the square is Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall, the primary residence of current King Vajiralongkorn, on its southwestern edge is Paruskavan Palace which hosts the headquarters of National Intelligence Agency and Metropolitan Police Bureau. To its south is the headquarters of the Royal Thai Army's 1st army region. Dusit Zoo is also located near the plaza. It is often used for rallies, parades and ceremonies, for instance students of Chulalongkorn University traditionally celebrate their graduation on this square.

Vajiravudh College is a private all-boys boarding school located at 197 Rajvithi Road, Dusit, Bangkok 10300 Thailand. The school was established by Phra Mongkut Klao Chaoyuhua - King Rama VI who is also known as King Vajiravudh. It was originally named the Royal Pages College (in Thai: Ma-had-lek-luang) then the king shifted Thai King College students to Royal Pages College and rename it as Vajiravudh College. In the college, the students are accommodated in houses (Ka-na) which are generally in primary and secondary education houses. The primary students stay in 3 houses called Sanamchan, Nandhauthayan, and Saranrom. The secondary students are divided into 6 houses called School House, Dusit House, Chitlada House, Phyathai House, Chongruk-Bhakdi House, and Saksri-Mongkol House. Overall, the college supports students to balance sports and music or arts activities with academic education. Normally, boys enter the school at Prathom 4 (Year 5) and stay on until they finish high school - Mathayom 6 (Year 13).

Saint Gabriel's College (Thai: โรงเรียนเซนต์คาเบรียล) is a private Catholic all-boys school in Bangkok, Thailand. The school was founded by the Brothers of Saint Gabriel in 1920. The school educates students from grade 1 through grade 12 (K–12). Admission, especially in first grade, is highly competitive as only approximately 400 students per year are admitted. Total school enrollment is roughly 5,000 students. The school is known for its intensive English program.
