Valenzano Winery is a winery in Shamong in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. A family grain and livestock farm since 1974, the vineyard was first planted in 1991, and opened to the public in 1996. Valenzano is one of the largest wine producers in New Jersey, having 88 acres of grapes under cultivation, and producing 80,000 cases of wine per year. The winery is named after the family that owns it.

The Lenape Regional High School District is a comprehensive regional public high school district that serves students in ninth through twelfth grades from eight municipalities in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. The communities in the district are Evesham Township, Medford Lakes, Medford Township, Mount Laurel Township, Shamong Township, Southampton Township, Tabernacle Township and Woodland Township. The eight municipalities cover a combined area of 350 square miles (910 km2) which represents roughly one-third of the entire area of Burlington County, the largest county in New Jersey. Shamong Township is a township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 6,460, a decrease of 30 (−0.5%) from the 2010 census count of 6,490, which in turn reflected an increase of 28 (+0.4%) from the 6,462 counted in the 2000 census. The township, and all of Burlington County, is a part of the Philadelphia-Reading-Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley.Shamong was incorporated as a township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 19, 1852, from portions of Medford, Southampton and Washington townships. Portions of the township were taken to form Woodland Township (March 7, 1866) and Tabernacle Township (March 22, 1901). In April 1902, portions of Hammonton and Waterford Township were annexed to the township. Seneca High School serves students from four of the communities: Shamong Township, Southampton Township, Tabernacle Township and Woodland Township. Seneca is the newest of the Lenape Regional High School District's four high schools. The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 2008.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,026 students and 101.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 10.2:1. There were 89 students (8.7% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 31 (3.0% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1975 and is accredited until July 2024.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,500 students and 122.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 12.3:1. There were 55 students (3.7% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 17 (1.1% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch. For the 2021-22 school year, free school lunches have been available to every student, regardless of income.

The Mullica River is a 50.6-mile-long (81.4 km) river in southern New Jersey in the United States. The Mullica was once known as the Little Egg Harbor River. The river provides one of the principal drainages into the Atlantic Ocean of the extensive Pinelands. Its estuary on Great Bay is considered one of the least-disturbed marine wetlands habitats in the northeastern United States. In 2022, the Mullica River Fire consumed an estimated 13,500 acres (55 km2) of the related Wharton State Forest.

Atco Dragway (originally Atco Raceway) was a 1/4 mile dragstrip located in the Atco section of Waterford Township, New Jersey. It closed suddenly on July 18, 2023.

St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church is a historic church building at 108 Stokes Road in Medford Lakes, Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. It was built in 1931 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.

Red Lion is an unincorporated community located within Southampton Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.Red Lion is home to the Red Lion Inn, a diner, and a few houses, all located near the Red Lion Circle, within the New Jersey Pine Barrens.The name, Red Lion, comes from a story about one of the original settlers, a man by the name of Parks, who battled a mountain lion. The lion's coat turned red from its own blood. Mountain lion and black bear were common in the area before being hunted to extinction.
