Boswednack is a hamlet in the parish of Zennor near the north coast of the Penwith peninsula in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is located along the B3306 road southwest of Zennor. Boswednack was home to a small community of Cornish speakers during the 19th century. These included John Davey Jnr., 1812-1891, and his father, as well as Anne Berryman (1766-1854), and John Mann (1834-1914). John Mann recalled in an interview that, when a child, he and several other children always conversed in Cornish while at play together. It is from John Davey that we know the Cranken Rhyme, probably the last recorded piece of traditional Late Cornish verse. The hamlet contains Boswednack Manor and Treen Manor which in 1814 were both owned by William Arundell Harris. Treen Manor, in the nearby hamlet of Treen is now a pub and Boswednack Manor is now run as a bed & breakfast, with a "slight Bohemian-style".

Treen (Cornish: Tredhin) is a hamlet in the parish of Zennor, on the north coast of the Penwith peninsula in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It lies along the B3306 road which connects St Ives to the A30 road. At Gurnard's Head nearby on the coast is one of the many cliff castles on the Cornish coast which was formerly a Coastguard Lookout. To the east of Gurnard's Head is Treen Cove. The area is owned by the National Trust. The Gurnard's Head Hotel is situated on the B3306 and in the 1960s was noted for a totem pole at the front of the building. It is not to be confused with the larger village of Treen on the south coast of the Penwith peninsula, less than 10 miles away.

Treen Cove (grid reference SW435383) is a tidal beach on the north coast of the Penwith peninsula, Cornwall, England, UK. It is about half a mile northwest of the hamlet of Treen, and nestles between Lean Point to the east and Gurnard's Head to the west. The name of this cove is from the Cornish 'tre' (farm, settlement) and 'din' (fort), referring to the adjacent Iron Age promontory fort at Gurnard's Head.Francis Kilvert reported that on 29 July 1870 in Treen Cove ″Fishing boats lay up in this cove, sheltered from the stormy sea by a large guardian-rock.″

Bosporthennis (Cornish: Bosporthenys) is a hamlet south of Treen in the civil parish of Zennor on the Penwith peninsula in west Cornwall, England, United Kingdom.

Zennor Head ; (Cornish: Penn Senar) is a 750-metre (2,460 ft) long promontory on the Cornish coast of England, between Pendour Cove and Porthzennor Cove. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it lies 1 kilometre north-west of the village of Zennor and 1.6 kilometres east of the next promontory, Gurnard's Head. The granite (Killas) cliffs rise over 200 feet (60 m) from the sea and the highest point of the headland is 314 feet (96 m) above sea level, with an Ordnance Survey triangulation station. Zennor Head is on the South West Coast Path, which follows the cliff edge closely, skirting the entire perimeter of the headland. The promontory is part of the Penwith Heritage Coast, and is the largest coastal feature in the United Kingdom that begins with the letter "Z". It gets its name from a local saint, Senara. Zennor Head was mined for copper and tin in the Victorian Era. There is no longer any residential or commercial occupancy on the headland, but it is occupied by a variety of coastal animals and plants, such as kestrels and gorse.

The Tinner's Arms is a Grade II-listed traditional Cornish pub in Zennor, Cornwall. The name is derived from the Tinners, with records of tin extraction in the area dating back to Tudor times.D. H. Lawrence stayed for a fortnight in the pub in 1916. The pub sign pictures a tin miner at work, testimony to its origins. It is the only pub in the village.

Zennor lies on the north coast, about 6 miles (10 km) north of Penzance, along the B3306 road which connects St Ives to the A30 road. Alphabetically, the parish is the last in Britain. Its name comes from the Cornish name for the local saint, Saint Senara.Zennor Head is a coastal promontory north of the village. The cliffs rise over 60 metres (200 ft) from the sea and the highest point of the headland is 96 metres (314 ft) above sea level. The village itself is at an elevation of around 110 metres (360 ft). Zennor lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Almost a third of Cornwall has AONB designation, with similar status and protection as a National Park. Helen Dunmore's 1993 novel Zennor in Darkness is set in and around the village in 1917 when D. H. Lawrence lived nearby. Zennor is also mentioned in the Ulysses Moore series of books, written by Pierdomenico Baccalario; in fact, near Zennor and St Ives there would be the mysterious hamlet of Kilmore Cove, the place where the series is mainly set.

St Senara's Church, in Zennor Churchtown, Cornwall, England, UK, is the parish church of the parish of Zennor. It is in the Deanery of Penwith, Archdeaconry of Cornwall, and Diocese of Truro. It is dedicated to the local saint, Saint Senara, and is at least 1400 years old, though it was rebuilt in the 12th century. It is a Grade I listed building.

The Wayside Folk Museum was a small private museum situated in the village of Zennor in west Cornwall, United Kingdom. It was the oldest private museum in Cornwall.The exhibition within the museum concentrates on the past lives, traditions and practices of the people of Zennor and Penwith. Displays includes the kitchen and parlour of a miller's cottage, a mill house, a blacksmith shop, exhibits on fishing, farming, mining, domestic life and archaeology. The museum closed in 2015 due to retirement.

Gurnard's Head (Cornish: Ynyal, meaning desolate one; grid reference SW432386) is a prominent headland on the north coast of the Penwith peninsula in Cornwall, England. The name is supposed to reflect that the rocky peninsula resembles the head of the gurnard fish.
