Tenri Hospital (天理よろづ相談所病院 Tenri Yorozu Sōdanjo Byōin) is an international hospital in Tenri City, Nara Prefecture, Japan. It was founded on April 1, 1966. It was founded as part of the secular mission of Tenrikyo. In a nation where medical care is often highly specialized and cross-specialist treatment can be difficult, Tenri Hospital founded and developed the first department of general medicine. It is part of Tenrikyo's oyasato-yakata complex surrounding the Jiba, and it is built in the same syncretic style as the rest of the complex.

Somanouchi Kofun cluster (杣之内古墳群) is a cluster of Kofun period burial mounds, located in the Somanouchi-cho, Magata-cho, and Otogi-cho neighborhoods of the city of Tenri, Nara in the Kansai region of Japan. The Nishiyama Kofun was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1927, and the Nishinokura Kofun was added to the designation in 2018, with the name of the National Historic Site changing from the "Nishiyama Kofun" to the "Somanouchi Kofun cluster".

Tenrikyo Church Headquarters (天理教教会本部, Tenrikyo Kyokai Honbu) is the main headquarters of the Tenrikyo religion, located in Tenri, Nara, Japan. This establishment is significant to followers because it is built around the Jiba, the spot where followers believe the god Tenri-O-no-Mikoto conceived humankind.

Tenri University (天理大学, Tenri Daigaku) is a Japanese private university in Tenri, Nara Prefecture, an independent part of the secular mission of the new religious movement Tenrikyo. It was established in February 1925 as the coeducational Tenri Foreign Language School (天理外国語専門学校, Tenri Gaikokugo Senmon Gakkō), enrolling 104 students, and was reorganised as a university in April 1949.

Tenri Station (天理駅, Tenri-eki) is a junction passenger railway station located in the city of Tenri, Nara, Japan. It is operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West) and by the private transportation company, Kintetsu Railway.

Tenri University Sankōkan Museum (天理大学附属天理参考館, Tenri Daigaku Fuzoku Tenri Sankōkan) is a museum in Tenri, Nara Prefecture, Japan.

Tenri Central Library (天理大学附属天理図書館 Tenri Daigaku Fuzoku Tenri Toshokan) is the library of Tenri University. It has notably extensive collections of antiquarian material, including original manuscripts from 13th-century Japan, and artifacts of European exploration and early visits to Japan. Dating to 1926, the library predates the university itself. It has its origins in the private collection of the family of the foundress of Tenrikyo, Oyasama. They sponsor the Tenri Antiquarian Materials Workshop, which gathers rare materials from the modernization period in East Asia in the 19th and 20th centuries, and organizes them for local and overseas research. They are noted for their collection of works by Sheng Xuanhuai. They also have a copy of the original Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

Tenri Health Care University (天理医療大学, Tenri Iryō Daigaku) was a private university in Tenri, Nara, Japan. It was merged with Tenri University after April 1, 2023.

Isonokami Shrine (石上神宮, Isonokami-jingū, also Isonokami-futsu-no-mitama-jinja (石上布都御魂神社), Furu-ōmyojin (布留大明神) etc.) is a Shinto shrine located in the hills of Furu in Tenri, Nara Prefecture, Japan. It is one of the oldest extant Shinto shrines in Japan and has housed several significant artifacts. Isonokami shrine was highly regarded in the ancient era, and frequented by many members of the Imperial Family. It played a pivotal role in Japan's early history, especially during the 3rd to 5th centuries. The shrine is at the northern end of the Yamanobe no michi, the oldest road in Japan.

Senzai Station (前栽駅, Senzai eki) is a passenger railway station located in the city of Tenri, Nara Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the private transportation company, Kintetsu Railway.

Akatsuchiyama Kofun (赤土山古墳) is a Kofun period keyhole-shaped burial mound, located in the Ichinomoto-cho neighborhood of the city of Tenri, Nara in the Kansai region of Japan. The tumulus was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1992. It is one of the tumuli that make up the Tōdaijiyama Kofun Group, which consists of five keyhole-shaped tombs and 40 to 50 circular and square tombs that date mainly from the early to middle Kofun period.

Shihon-ji (柿本寺) is a ruined temple (廃寺) in Tenri, Nara, Japan.
