Musicarnival was a music "tent" theater on Warrensville Center Rd. in Warrensville Heights, among the first of its kind. The theater was expanded in 1958 from its initial seating capacity, growing from 1,500 to 2,563. The theater was used for performances of musicals, operettas and operas, and also hosted a number of famous musicians and rock bands, such as the Mothers of Invention, Duke Ellington, Stan Kenton, Dave Brubeck, The Who and Led Zeppelin. Musicarnival closed in August 1975.

Randall Park Mall was a shopping mall located in the village of North Randall, Ohio, United States. It opened on August 11, 1976 on the site of what used to be the Randall Park Race Track. After over a decade of decline, it closed on March 12, 2009. The former Dillard's store and interior of the mall were demolished in 2015 to make way for an industrial park, and the remaining anchor tenants were demolished in 2017 after they all closed down. Amazon built a new distribution center on the site in 2018.

Young Gifted & Talented Leadership Academy (also known as Whitney Young Gifted Education Campus, Whitney Young High School or Whitney Young School) is a selective-enrollment public school in Cleveland, in the U.S. state of Ohio, notable as the city's first public gifted and talented school.. Named after Whitney M. Young Jr., a prominent civil rights leader, the school is located in Cleveland's Lee-Harvard neighborhood. Whitney Young is less than a half-mile from John F. Kennedy High School. Located in the city's southeast corner, it is less than a half-mile from the Cleveland - Warrensville Heights and Cleveland - Shaker Heights borders. During the 2008–2009 school year Whitney Young served 16% of CMSD gifted students. The school has scored among the top high schools in the state of Ohio. In May 2009, Whitney Young was featured on Channel 3 News in Cleveland for begin just one of four Cleveland schools to have a 100% graduation rate. That same year, the school was ranked among the top high schools in the United States by U.S. News & World Report. On August 27, 2010, Whitney Young became the first and only Cleveland school to receive the state's highest rating of Excellent with Distinction. Whitney Young is currently listed on Ohio's Schools of Promise List, it has been on the list for 9 consecutive school years, starting in school year 2001–2002. Whitney Young has been listed as an Ohio School of Promise more than any other school in the state.

Hoban Dominican High School was one of seven all-female Catholic high school located in Cleveland, Ohio. It was located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland. The academic environment provided a 12 to 1 student to faculty ratio with an average of 23 students per class. 96% of Hoban Dominican students were Catholic and represented over 70 parishes.

Tower East is a high-rise office building in Shaker Heights, Ohio. At 160 feet (49 m), it is the tallest building in the city. Tower East was the last building in the United States designed by architect Walter Gropius. Gropius designed this building during his tenure with The Architect's Collaborative (TAC).BGK Equities of Santa Fe, New Mexico, purchased the building for $12.68 million in 2000. In 2015, it was sold to E2G, an affiliate of the Equity Engineering Group, Inc.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Warrensville–Van Aken station (signed as Warrensville) is a station on the RTA light rail Blue Line in Shaker Heights, Ohio. It is the eastern terminus of the Blue Line. Unlike most of the stations in Shaker Heights, Warrensville–Van Aken is located off street, not in the median of Van Aken Boulevard. It is located in a block surrounded by Chagrin Boulevard (U.S. Route 422), Van Aken Boulevard, and Northfield Road (Ohio State Route 8) and Tuttle Road in the midst of a dense retail/commercial area. The station is located one block west of Warrensville Center Road, after which it named.

High Achievement Academy (commonly known as High Achievement or HAA), is a post-secondary school serving grades 11–12. Located in Beachwood, Ohio for Cleveland Metropolitan School District students. High Achievement first opened its doors in Beachwood, Ohio to 15 juniors and 15 seniors who attend Whitney M. Young High School in Cleveland, Ohio on Monday, August 24, 2009. High Achievement is an option school established by the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) and Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C). High Achievement prepares high school students for technological careers or higher education in a resource-rich learning environment. The program develops the students' academic and technical skills, particularly in English, reading comprehension, mathematics and information technology. Participating students attend their home high school in the morning and are transported in the afternoon for college courses at Tri-C's Eastern Campus in Beachwood until 2:00 pm (students may take classes past the school hours). High Achievement is similar to another program Tri-C and CMSD opened previously High Tech Academy open to 10–12 grade students in the Cleveland Metropolitan and Warrensville Heights School Districts. These students will take their classes at Tri-C's Metropolitan Campus. Cleveland Metropolitan School District and Cuyahoga Community College are sponsors of High Achievement Academy.
