Mount Carmel College (MCC) is an autonomous college located in Bangalore, India, affiliated to Bengaluru City University. It is one of the first women’s colleges established in 1944 in Trichur as 'Carmel College' under the Madras University and shifted to Bengaluru in 1948. It's ultimate aim is to empower women with the help of education.

Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath (Kannada: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲಾ ಪರಿಷತ್) is a visual art complex located in Bangalore. The complex has 18 galleries. 13 of these galleries carry a permanent collection of paintings, sculptures and folk art. The other galleries are rented out for exhibitions of works by artists of repute. The folk art collection showcases Mysore paintings and leather puppets. The Parishat runs the College of Fine Arts, a visual arts college. Each January, the Parishath organizes Chitra Santhe, a cultural event showcasing affordable art to the public. The motto of the event is "Art for All".

Bangalore Cantonment (station code: BNC) is one of the three important railway stations serving the city of Bangalore and it is located in the locality of Vasanth Nagar and nearby to Shivajinagar. The Station started operations in 1864, with the launch of the Bangalore Cantonment – Jolarpettai train services by the Madras Railway. The train line was broad-gauge and 149 km long, connecting the Bangalore Cantonment with Vellore district. A total of 119 passenger trains start/end/pass through Bangalore Cantonment railway station. Gandhi Bhavan is a museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It was inaugurated in 1965 by then President of India Dr. S. Radhakrishnan. The museum consists of a gallery with rare photographs of Mahatma Gandhi and letters written by him, a library and an auditorium. It serves as a venue for meetings organised on Gandhian values in Bengaluru.

The M. P. Birla Institute of Fundamental Research, is a natural and applied sciences research institute and society headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Its director is astrophysicist Dr. G. S. D. Babu. The institute is involved in research in conjunction with the Birla Planetarium, also located in Kolkata, which is one of the world's largest planetariums. The institute has conducted courses in astrobiology for undergraduate students, in which certificates of completion are awarded after course completion.

National Military Memorial Park (NMM Park) is a tribute by people and the government, designed by Nisha Mathew Ghosh and Soumitro Ghosh to honor the men and families of martyrs who have died in the service of the nation. National Military Memorial is located adjacent to Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain Park in Bangalore.Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Member of Parliament is chairman of National Military Memorial Committee. The memorial was created after long legal battle that reached Supreme Court.

Cunningham Road is one of the busiest commercial streets of Bangalore, the state capital of Karnataka, India. It is located in the Vasanthnagar area of the city. The road is named after Francis Cunningham, who was an officer in the Madras Army and a member of the Mysore Commission. The road was also called Sampangi Ramaswamy Temple Road for some time.
