Cleveland Avenue station is a MAX light rail station in Gresham, Oregon. The light rail station is the 26th and final stop eastbound on the current Eastside MAX line. It is the eastern terminus of the Blue Line. This station has a large park-and-ride lot and is located just east of Cleveland Avenue in Gresham, between Northeast Division Street and East Powell Boulevard. Service began at this station in 1986, when the original Eastside MAX opened. A short section of tracks and electrification continue east to allow for the storage of a two-car train on each track. There is also a double crossover switch directly west of the station which allows arriving and departing trains to use either track at the station. The station is named for Cleveland Avenue, an arterial street located just to the west, but access for cars is only via NE 8th Street. Alpha High School is not far from the station. The park and ride lot at the station tends to fill up at 8am on weekdays. The station was located in TriMet fare zone 4 from its opening in 1986 until September 1988, and in zone 3 from then until September 2012, at which time TriMet discontinued all use of zones in its fare structure.

Alpha High School was a public alternative high school in Gresham, Oregon, United States. It specialized in school-to-work transition programs. It closed in 2015 due to reduced enrollment; declining demand resulted especially from improved programs at the Gresham-Barlow School District reducing student expulsions and the requirement for the alternative high school.

The center is a connection point for several bus routes and the MAX Blue Line. The light rail station is the 25th stop eastbound on the eastside MAX line, which was the Portland metropolitan area's first light rail line. The transit center is located at the intersection of NE Kelly Avenue and NE 8th Street in the central part of Gresham. It is a hub for bus service to points in eastern Multnomah County and Portland.

The life-size statue at Northeast Third and Main Street honors Kirnan, an autistic delivery man nicknamed "Mister Gresham". It depicts Kirnan wearing a Portland Trail Blazers jersey with the number 22 for Clyde Drexler. The artwork cost approximately $54,000 and was funded by private donations from community members. The statue's dedicated was accompanied with a parade attended by hundreds.

The Gresham Carnegie Library, is a historic building in Gresham, Oregon. The Tudor style building designed by Folger Johnson was built in 1913 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in January 2000. It served as a public library in the Multnomah County Library system from 1913 until December 1989 when the Gresham Library opened.At that time the Gresham Historical Society purchased the building and opened the Gresham History Museum. The building underwent six-months of renovations in 2012.

Bethel Baptist Church, also known as First Baptist Church, Gresham Pioneer Church and Old First Baptist Church, was a church building located in Gresham, Oregon listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built by Peter Engles in 1886, the church displayed Gothic Revival architecture and was constructed of brick and weatherboard.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The church burned on May 22, 2004 and was subsequently delisted from the National Register of Historic Places on April 18, 2006.
