The Phoenix Art Museum is the largest museum for visual art in the southwest United States. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, the museum is 285,000 square feet (26,500 m2). The Phoenix Towers were designed by Ralph C. Harris and built by Del E. Webb in Modern Movement style. The buildings, completed in 1957, are located a mile and a half north of downtown Phoenix at the corner of Central Avenue and Monte Vista Road. The main building is 14 stories with four wings forming an X. "Towers" may be misleading, as there is only one high-rise building, but 2 of the wings are much larger than the other two, giving an appearance of separate buildings. The other building included in the National Register of Historic Places site is a low-rise pool house. The projecting concrete ledges on the towers serve as both balconies and as awnings for the apartments below.The property borders the Heard Museum, which is just east on Monte Vista Road.The buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

Grace Lutheran Church is a historic Evangelical Lutheran Church in America church at 1124 N. 3rd Street in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The church as a congregation has been in existence since 1914, making it the oldest Lutheran church in Arizona. Its building was built in 1928, in the Gothic Revival style.It is a two-story stone building 80 by 100 feet (24 m × 30 m) in plan. It is divided into bays by buttressed pilasters. It has a rose window, stained glass and lancet windows at the rear, and crenulated parapets.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. Its listing was in accordance with a study of historic church architecture in Phoenix.

Temple Beth Israel, now known as Cutler-Plotkin Jewish Heritage Center, was the first permanent Jewish congregation in the vicinity of Phoenix, Arizona. The building was designed in 1920 by architects Lescher, Kibbey, and Mahoney in the style of a Spanish mission. Although Jewish houses of worship are usually aligned on an east–west axis, the Temple Beth Israel axis is north–south.The congregation sold the property in 1949 to a Chinese-language Baptist Church, and later the building was occupied by a Spanish-language Baptist Church. In 2002, the property was purchased by the Arizona Jewish Historical Society and named for Rabbi Emeritus Albert Plotkin and donor Lawrence Cutler. After a 2008 restoration, the site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011 and was listed as one of the Phoenix Points of Pride.

The Ashland Place Historic District is a single-family residential district in Phoenix, Arizona. It was one of the first speculative residential developments in Phoenix. The Period Revival and bungalow style residences were built in the 1920s by Home Builders, Inc. in association with realtors Greene and Griffin. Some houses were designed by Phoenix architect C. Lewis Kelley, the "Home Artist" for the builders, who is known for his Period Revivals styled houses. Ashland Place was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 21, 1994.
