L'Île-Saint-Denis (French pronunciation: [lil sɛ̃ dəni] (listen), locally [lil sɛ̃ d(ə)ni]; lit. 'Saint Denis Island') is a French commune in the northern suburbs of Paris, Île-de-France. It is located 9.4 km (5.8 mi) from the center of Paris. The commune is entirely contained on an island of the Seine River, hence its name. Along with the communes of Saint-Denis and Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, L'Île-Saint-Denis will form the Olympic Village of the 2024 Summer Olympics. This allows 85% of athletes to be 30 minutes from their competition venues.

The canton of Épinay-sur-Seine is an administrative division of the Seine-Saint-Denis department, Île-de-France region, northern France. Its borders were modified at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. Its seat is in Épinay-sur-Seine.It consists of the following communes: Épinay-sur-Seine (partly) Pierrefitte-sur-Seine Villetaneuse

The Church of Saint-Ouen-le-Vieux (French: église Saint-Ouen-le-Vieux) or the Church of Vieux-Saint-Ouen (église du Vieux-Saint-Ouen) is a Roman Catholic church dedicated to St. Ouen and located in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis, France. It was listed as a Historic Monument in 1933.The church was built near the site of the former villa Clippiacum that belonged to King Dagobert I and that was the Meorvingian birthplace of the city. It is located on Rue du Planty, named after the 19th-century mayor of the city who restored the church. The building stands on a small hill on which a few vines are planted.

Épinay - Villetaneuse is a railway station located in the commune of Épinay-sur-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis department, France. It is also adjacent to the communes of Montmagny and Deuil-la-Barre in Val d'Oise.Despite its name, the Gare d'Épinay-Villetaneuse is located approximately 1 km from Villetaneuse. Nonetheless, it is the closest station to the Paris 13 University campus in Villetaneuse. The station is at the junction of two lines: Paris - Persan - Beauvais - Le Tréport-Mers Paris - Ermont - PontoiseIt is at the 9.040 kilometre point on the Saint-Denis - Pontoise line, an older section of the Paris - Lille route which was superseded in 1859 by the more direct line from Saint-Denis to Creil. There was previously a military connection between this line and the Grande Ceinture line. The SA HLM SICF-La Sablière, a public housing subsidiary of the SNCF, has requisitioned the land and built housing blocks. In 2000, the number of passengers per day was between 7,500 and 15,000. The station has two free carparks with 100 and 177 spaces.

Les Grésillons is a station in Paris' express suburban rail system, the RER. In the future, Paris Metro Line 15 will stop here. It is situated in Gennevilliers, in the département of Hauts-de-Seine, and close to the industrial zone of the Caboeufs.

Carrefour Pleyel (French pronunciation: ​[kaʁfuʁ plɛjɛl]) is a station on line 13 of the Paris Métro in the Saint-Denis plain in the commune of Saint-Denis. It was opened in 1952.

Sorbonne Paris North University (French: Université Sorbonne Paris Nord) is a public university based in Paris, France. It is one of the thirteen universities that succeeded the University of Paris in 1968. It is a multidisciplinary university located in north of Paris, in the municipalities of Villetaneuse, Saint-Denis, La Plaine Saint-Denis, Bobigny and Argenteuil. Successively named “Université Paris XIII”, “Université Paris-Nord”, “Université Paris 13 Paris Nord”, then “Université Paris 13”, it has been known by several names during the last half century. Most recently it was renamed "Université Sorbonne Paris Nord" on January 1, 2020. The University Sorbonne Paris Nord is a major teaching and research center located north of Paris. It has five campuses, spread over the two departments of Seine-Saint-Denis and Val d'Oise: Villetaneuse, Bobigny, Saint-Denis, the Plaine Saint-Denis and Argenteuil. The university has more than 25,000 students in initial or continuing training, in many fields: Health, Medicine and Human Biology - Letters, Languages, Humanities and Societies - Law, Political and social sciences - Communication sciences - Economics and management.

Tour Pleyel is a skyscraper of mixed use, both residential and commercial, located in the commune of Saint-Denis in the suburbs of Paris, France. Built in 1972, the tower is 129 metres tall. At the top is a large turning advertising sign, in place since 1997 (the advertisement was firstly for Philips, then for Siemens from 2006 to 2013, and is currently for Kia Motors). Including that advertising sign, the total height of the tower is 143 m. The tower has been built at the former location of the Pleyel et Cie factories. Several projects have been proposed since 1959, the one which had been adopted was planning the building of 4 identical towers in the middle of a large urban park of 4 ha. Plans for heliports on the roofs of the towers were even made. Only one of the originally planned towers has been built. The tower is located nearby the metro station of Carrefour Pleyel on Line 13.

Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃.t‿wɛ̃ syʁ sɛn] (listen), literally Saint-Ouen on Seine) is a commune in the northern suburbs of Paris, France, located 6.6 kilometres (4.1 miles) from the centre of Paris. It is part of the Seine-Saint-Denis department, in the Île-de-France region, and of the Métropole du Grand Paris. The commune was called Saint-Ouen until 2018, when it obtained a change of name by ministerial order.The communes neighbouring Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine are Paris, to the south, Clichy, to the west, Villeneuve-la-Garenne, Gennevilliers and L'Île-Saint-Denis, to the north, and Saint-Denis to the east. The commune of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine is part of the canton of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, which also includes L'Île-Saint-Denis and part of Épinay-sur-Seine. Saint-Ouen also includes the Cimetière de Saint-Ouen.

Épinay-sur-Seine (French pronunciation: [epinɛ syʁ sɛn] (listen), literally Épinay on Seine) is a commune in the Val-d'Oise department, in the northern suburbs of Paris, France. It is located 11.3 km (7.0 mi) from the center of Paris. The church of Notre-Dame-des-Missions-du-cygne d'Enghien, designed by Paul Tournon, may be found in the commune.
