United States National Bank Building

The Wells Fargo Building is a historic office building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. The large doorstep at the building's entryway required the largest slab of granite ever shipped to Portland at the time. Completed in 1907, the steel-framed building is considered the city's first true skyscraper. At 12 stories and with a height of 182 feet (55 m), it was the tallest building in Portland (and indeed in all of Oregon), exclusive of towers, and remained so for four years. The clock tower of the 1892-completed Oregonian Building, which measured 194 feet (59 m) in height, made that building the tallest in the city overall.In 1946, the building was purchased by the United States National Bank of Portland, whose headquarters was located in a smaller building located directly adjacent, immediately to the south. U.S. National Bank used the Wells Fargo Building to expand its downtown Portland headquarters.In 1986, the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Hotel Lucia, formerly the Imperial Hotel, is a historic hotel building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. It was built in 1909 as an extension of the adjacent, original Imperial Hotel. The original Imperial building was made into a separate hotel in 1949, renamed the Plaza Hotel, and after a period of non-hotel use in the 1980s it today operates as the Kimpton Hotel Vintage Portland. The 1909 building retained its original name until 2002, when the Aspen Hotel Group purchased it, remodeled it as a boutique hotel, and renamed it Hotel Lucia.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003, listed as New Imperial Hotel and described as having Early Commercial architecture.

Located at 421 SW 6th Avenue between Washington and Harvey Milk Streets, it was designed by architect Pietro Belluschi and built between 1944 and 1948. The building was originally known as the Equitable Building and is noted as one of the first glass box towers ever built, pioneering many modern features and predating the more famous Lever House in New York City.

The Original Dinerant, or simply The Original, is a diner serving American cuisine in Portland, Oregon, United States. Owned by Sage Hospitality Resources, Guy Fieri visited the "modern" and "upscale" diner to film a 2016 episode of the Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. The diner has hosted competitive eating contests and other special events. The Original has received a generally positive reception and is most known for its glazed doughnut sliders and alcoholic milkshakes. The restaurant's mezzanine level has an amusement arcade and bar called The Dinercade added in early 2019.

400 SW Sixth Avenue is an eleven-story office building in Downtown Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon. Originally known as the First National Bank Building, it opened in 1960 as a six-story bank building. The 139-foot (42 m) tall mid-rise contains 216,108 square feet (20,077.1 m2) of space, with retail on the ground floor. From 1995 to 2016 the primary retail tenant was Camera World.

The Bank of California Building, also known as the Durham & Bates Building and currently the Three Kings Building, is a historic former bank building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. It has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978. The three-story building was designed by A. E. Doyle in an Italianate style and completed in 1925. The ground floor features a two-story-high grand room with 36-foot (11 m) ceilings. The building's original owner and occupant, the Bank of California, moved out around the end of 1969 and sold the building in 1970. It has had a succession of other owners and tenants since then. It was last used as a bank in 1977.
