Eastmoreland is an early-twentieth century, tree-filled neighborhood in inner southeast Portland, Oregon, United States. Eastmoreland was named for a local real estate developer, Judge J.C. Moreland.

Southeast Bybee Boulevard is a light rail station in Portland, Oregon, United States, served by TriMet as part of the MAX Light Rail system. Situated between the Southeast Tacoma/Johnson Creek and Southeast 17th Avenue and Holgate Boulevard stations, it is the 14th station southbound on the Orange Line, which runs between downtown Portland, Southeast Portland, and Milwaukie. The station's entrances are located on the Bybee Bridge, which spans Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard, the light rail tracks, and Union Pacific Railroad (UP) freight tracks and connects Portland's Sellwood-Moreland and Eastmoreland neighborhoods. The grade-separated island platform station adjoins Eastmoreland Golf Course and Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden to the east and Westmoreland's park of the same name to the west. Southeast Bybee Boulevard station was built as part of the Portland–Milwaukie Light Rail Project, which extended MAX from downtown Portland to Milwaukie in Clackamas County. The station began construction in July 2013 and opened with the entire Portland–Milwaukie segment on September 12, 2015. A bus stop by the entrance provides a connection to nearby Reed College via TriMet bus route 19–Woodstock/Glisan.

The Jacques and Amelia Reinhart House in southeast Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon is a 2.5-story dwelling listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A Colonial Revival structure built in 1911, it was added to the register in 1985. It was the first house built in Portland's Eastmoreland district, near Reed College.

Reed College is a private liberal arts college in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 1908, Reed is a residential college with a campus in the Eastmoreland neighborhood, with Tudor-Gothic style architecture, and a forested canyon nature preserve at its center. Referred to as one of "the most intellectual colleges in the country", Reed is known for its mandatory first-year humanities program, senior thesis, progressive politics, de-emphasis on grades, academic rigor, grade deflation, and unusually high proportion of graduates who go on to earn doctorates and other postgraduate degrees. The college has many prominent alumni, including over a hundred Fulbright Scholars, 67 Watson Fellows, and three Churchill Scholars; its 32 Rhodes Scholars are the second-highest count for a liberal arts college. Reed is ranked fourth in the United States for all postsecondary institutions for the percentage of its graduates who go on to earn a Ph.D., after Caltech, Harvey Mudd, and Swarthmore College.

Wind Gate, also known as Wind Passage and Windgate, is an outdoor bronze sculpture by American artist Hilda Grossman Morris, located in front of Eliot Hall on the Reed College campus in Portland, Oregon, United States. It was created during 1967–1968 and permanently installed on the campus in 1980.

Westmoreland Park is a municipal park located in the Westmoreland area of southeast Portland, Oregon's Westmoreland neighborhood, United States. The property for the park was acquired in 1936 and encompasses 42.01 acres (17.00 ha). Located along McLoughlin Boulevard, the park straddles Crystal Springs Creek just downstream from the Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden. The park is operated by Portland Parks & Recreation and includes sports fields, a playground, and pond.

Eliot Hall is the arts and sciences building of Reed College in Portland, Oregon, designed by Albert Ernest Doyle and built in 1912. The building was one of the first buildings constructed at the college. The name was changed to Eliot Hall when it was dedicated to Thomas Lamb Eliot in 1935 and subsequently remodeled. Inspired by St John's College, Oxford, its architecture contains elements of Tudor and Collegiate Gothic.
