Good Shepherd Cathedral School

Novaliches Cathedral, canonically recognized as the Cathedral-Shrine and Parish of the Good Shepherd, is a Roman Catholic church located along Regalado Avenue in Barangay Fairview, Quezon City in the Philippines. It is the seat of the Diocese of Novaliches. It was established on August 5, 1975 by Manila Archbishop Jaime L. Cardinal Sin, who designated Rev. Fr. Fidelis Ruben Limcaco as the church's first parish priest. From 1975 to 2003, the Good Shepherd Archdiocesan Shrine was a part of the Archdiocese of Manila. It was elevated into the status of cathedral when it was designated to be the seat of the newly created Diocese of Novaliches in January 2003. Rev. Msgr. Jesus-Romulo C. Rañada, PC became the first cathedral rector. Since 2019, Rev. Fr. Antonio E. Labiao Jr., VG has been the pastor and rector.

Far Eastern University – Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, also referred to as FEU-NRMF, is a non-stock, non-profit medical foundation located at Regalado Ave., West Fairview, Quezon City in the Philippines. It operates a medical school and hospital center. The institution is related to, but independent from, Far Eastern University.

FEU Diliman, formerly known as FEU FERN College, is an educational institution at Sampaguita Avenue, Mapayapa Village, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. Founded in 1994 to commemorate the birth centennial of Dr. Nicanor B. Reyes Sr., founder and first president of the Far Eastern University (FEU), the institution offers programs from Kindergarten, Basic Education, High School, up to Tertiary Education. FEU Diliman is the home of the FEU Baby Tamaraws, the high school varsity team of FEU, for the Juniors Division of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP).Like its sister schools, FEU Tech and FEU Alabang, the college runs on a trimester academic system. The Regalado Highway, officially named as Regalado Avenue (North), 2.8-kilometer (1.7 mi), four-to-six-lane highway connecting Quirino Highway with Commonwealth Avenue. It is a main thoroughfare in the Barangay Greater Lagro to Mindanao Avenue and of the Neopolitan Business Park. It is named Regalado Highway to distinguish it from the nearby Regalado Avenue which is also a main road in the North Fairview area.

The La Mesa Dam and Reservoir is an earth dam in Quezon City, Philippines. Its reservoir can hold up to 50.5 million cubic meters (1,780 million cubic feet), occupying an area of 27 square kilometers (10 sq mi). It is part of the Angat-Ipo-La Mesa water system, which supplies most of the water supply of Metro Manila.

The Tandang Sora National Shrine (Filipino: Dambana ni Melchora (Tandang Sora) Aquino) is a national monument and memorial park in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is dedicated to Filipino revolutionary and centenarian, Melchora Aquino who is also known as "Tandang Sora".

On February 24, 2021, a botched buy-bust operation resulted in a shootout between units of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. The incident resulted in the deaths of two police officers, a PDEA agent and an informant. Both agencies claimed that they had been conducting a legitimate anti-drug operation.

Batasan Road (formerly and still known as IBP Road), is a six-to-ten lane circumferential highway located in the barangays of Batasan Hills, Bagong Silangan, Payatas, and Commonwealth, which are located all in Quezon City, Philippines. The road serves as a route towards the Batasang Pambansa Complex, where the House of Representatives of the Philippines is located.

The Batasang Pambansa Complex, or simply the Batasan (lit. 'legislature'), is the seat of the House of Representatives of the Philippines. It is located along the Batasan Road in Batasan Hills, Quezon City. The complex was initially the home of the Batasang Pambansa, the former legislature of the Philippines which was established as an interim assembly in 1978 and finally as an official body in 1984. Under the 1973 Constitution, it replaced the bicameral Congress of the Philippines established under the 1935 Commonwealth Constitution. When the bicameral Congress was restored in 1987, the complex was set aside as the home of the House of Representatives. The main building of the complex is still often referred to as the Batasang Pambansa. The Senate, the upper house of Congress, does not meet in the Batasan, but in the GSIS Building across Metro Manila in Pasay.
