Regalado Avenue station is an under-construction Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station located on the MRT Line 7 (MRT-7) system along Commonwealth Avenue in Fairview, Quezon City, Philippines. Named after the nearby Regalado Avenue, the station is nearby the Fairview Center Mall, National College of Business and Arts and the Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation. There is a pocket track alongside the revenue tracks that lead to Mindanao Avenue station.

The Regalado Highway, officially named as Regalado Avenue (North), 2.8-kilometer (1.7 mi), four-to-six-lane highway connecting Quirino Highway with Commonwealth Avenue. It is a main thoroughfare in the Barangay Greater Lagro to Mindanao Avenue and of the Neopolitan Business Park. It is named Regalado Highway to distinguish it from the nearby Regalado Avenue which is also a main road in the North Fairview area.

Lagro High School (Tagalog: Paaralang Sekundarya ng Lagro) is a public high school in the Lagro District of Quezon City in Metro Manila, Philippines. The school was founded as Novaliches High School in 1974 by the local homeowners association, and inaugurated as Lagro High School in 1978. Current enrollment is about six thousand students.

Doña Carmen station is an under-construction Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station located on the MRT Line 7 (MRT-7) system along Commonwealth Avenue in Fairview, Quezon City. When completed, the station will be close to Doña Carmen Subdivision.

School of Saint Anthony, Quezon City (also called SSA or simply Saint Anthony ), was founded in 1982 as Saint Anthony Learning Center by spouses Enrique F. Coralejo and Victoria A. Coralejo. Its patron saint is St. Anthony Mary Claret, who founded the Congregation of Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Far Eastern University – Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, also referred to as FEU-NRMF, is a non-stock, non-profit medical foundation located at Regalado Ave., West Fairview, Quezon City in the Philippines. It operates a medical school and hospital center. The institution is related to, but independent from, Far Eastern University.

Polytechnic University of the Philippines Quezon City (abbreviated as PUPQC; also known as PUP Commonwealth Campus) is one of the satellite campuses of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines located in Commonwealth, Quezon City, Philippines. It was established in 1997. It confers undergraduate and diploma degrees.

The Diocese of Novaliches (Latin: Dioecesis Novalichesina; Filipino: Diyosesis ng Novaliches) is a diocese of the Latin Church of the Catholic Church in the Philippines. The diocese was created by Pope John Paul II on December 7, 2002, by virtue of his Apostolic Constitution Animarum Utilitati, and was canonically erected on January 16, 2003, from the Archdiocese of Manila. The diocese previously existed as the Ecclesiastical District of Quezon City-North, which was renamed the District of Novaliches in 2002. As of September 2018, the diocese is composed of 70 full-fledged parishes (five of which are diocesan shrines) and one mission area, clustered into twelve vicariates. The diocese's principal patron is Jesus, the Good Shepherd named after the cathedral of the same name, and patroness is Blessed Virgin Mary under the title Our Lady of Mercy.

Novaliches Cathedral, canonically recognized as the Cathedral-Shrine and Parish of the Good Shepherd, is a Roman Catholic church located along Regalado Avenue in Barangay Fairview, Quezon City in the Philippines. It is the seat of the Diocese of Novaliches. It was established on August 5, 1975 by Manila Archbishop Jaime L. Cardinal Sin, who designated Rev. Fr. Fidelis Ruben Limcaco as the church's first parish priest. From 1975 to 2003, the Good Shepherd Archdiocesan Shrine was a part of the Archdiocese of Manila. It was elevated into the status of cathedral when it was designated to be the seat of the newly created Diocese of Novaliches in January 2003. Rev. Msgr. Jesus-Romulo C. Rañada, PC became the first cathedral rector. Since 2019, Rev. Fr. Antonio E. Labiao Jr., VG has been the pastor and rector.

Commonwealth High School is a public high school in Commonwealth, Quezon City and is one of the largest high schools in the city by student population.

Quirino Avenue station, also known as Quirino Highway station, is an under-construction Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station located on the MRT Line 7 system along Quirino Highway in the barangays of Greater Lagro and Pasong Putik Proper, Novaliches, Quezon City. Coming from the south, it is the first MRT-7 station along Quirino Highway. Adjacent landmarks include Trees Residences, School of Saint Anthony Quezon City, Lagro Subdivision, Sacred Heart Subdivision, Iglesia Ni Cristo's Lagro local congregation, and Our Lady of Fatima University Quezon City.
