La Mesa Dam and Reservoir

The La Mesa Ecopark is a public park located in Greater Lagro, Quezon City, Metro Manila, the Philippines.

The Regalado Highway, officially named as Regalado Avenue (North), 2.8-kilometer (1.7 mi), four-to-six-lane highway connecting Quirino Highway with Commonwealth Avenue. It is a main thoroughfare in the Barangay Greater Lagro to Mindanao Avenue and of the Neopolitan Business Park. It is named Regalado Highway to distinguish it from the nearby Regalado Avenue which is also a main road in the North Fairview area.

Lagro High School (Tagalog: Paaralang Sekundarya ng Lagro) is a public high school in the Lagro District of Quezon City in Metro Manila, Philippines. The school was founded as Novaliches High School in 1974 by the local homeowners association, and inaugurated as Lagro High School in 1978. Current enrollment is about six thousand students.

School of Saint Anthony, Quezon City (also called SSA or simply Saint Anthony ), was founded in 1982 as Saint Anthony Learning Center by spouses Enrique F. Coralejo and Victoria A. Coralejo. Its patron saint is St. Anthony Mary Claret, who founded the Congregation of Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. It operates a medical school and hospital center. The institution is related to, but independent from, Far Eastern University.

Novaliches Cathedral, canonically recognized as the Cathedral-Shrine and Parish of the Good Shepherd, is a Roman Catholic church located along Regalado Avenue in Barangay Fairview, Quezon City in the Philippines. It is the seat of the Diocese of Novaliches. It was established on August 5, 1975 by Manila Archbishop Jaime L. Cardinal Sin, who designated Rev. Fr. Fidelis Ruben Limcaco as the church's first parish priest. From 1975 to 2003, the Good Shepherd Archdiocesan Shrine was a part of the Archdiocese of Manila. It was elevated into the status of cathedral when it was designated to be the seat of the newly created Diocese of Novaliches in January 2003. Rev. Msgr. Jesus-Romulo C. Rañada, PC became the first cathedral rector. Since 2019, Rev. Fr. Antonio E. Labiao Jr., VG has been the pastor and rector.

Good Shepherd Cathedral School (GSCS) is a Filipino Catholic school located at the corner of Omega Avenue and Rado Street in West Fairview, Quezon City, Philippines. It is a private sectarian school situated at the back of the Cathedral Shrine and Parish of the Good Shepherd, the seat of the Bishop of Novaliches. GSCS is a member-school of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Novaliches Educational System (RCBN-ES), the Manila Ecclesiastical Province School Systems Association (MaPSA), the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP), and of the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU).

It has a land area of 202,000 square meters (50 acres; 20.2 ha), a total gross floor area of 312,749 square meters (3,366,400 sq ft), making it the fifth largest SM Supermall within the country after SM City North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM Seaside City Cebu, and SM Mall of Asia as well as the sixth largest shopping mall in the Philippines, in terms of total floor area. Although it is named after the nearby Fairview area or barangay, it is located in Barangay Greater Lagro.

Mater Carmeli School - Novaliches, located at Sacred Heart Village, Novaliches, Quezon City, is a private Catholic educational institution owned and managed by the Carmelite Missionaries. It was founded in 1986 on a property adjacent to the Novitiate House of the Carmelite Missionaries in Quezon City. Its Latin name, which means Mother of Carmel, comes from the name of a coastal mountain range in northern Israel where a group of hermits established themselves towards the end of the 12th century AD and called themselves Brothers of Saint Mary on Mt. Carmel in honor of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the school's patroness. The school offers nursery, kindergarten, grade school, junior high school and senior high school. The school is also known as MCS.

Fairview Terraces is a shopping mall in Quezon City, the Philippines, owned by the Ayala Malls group. It opened on February 28, 2014, and has a floor area of 114,000 m2 (1,230,000 sq ft), making it the third largest Ayala Mall after TriNoma and U.P. Town Center.
