Millswood, South Australia

Millswood railway station is located on the Belair line in Adelaide. Situated in the Adelaide suburb of Millswood, it is 5.9 kilometres (3.7 mi) from Adelaide station.

The Capri Theatre is a heritage-listed cinema in Goodwood, a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, built in the Art Deco style in 1941. It was formerly called the Goodwood Star, New Curzon, and Cinema Capri. It is owned by and is home to the Theatre Organ Society of Australia (SA Division). A notable feature of the cinema is the Wurlitzer theatre organ, which is used regularly for recitals, as well as an entertainment feature supporting the screening of films.

Goodwood Primary School is a primary school in the Adelaide inner southern suburb of Goodwood, South Australia. It currently has an enrolment of around 400 students. Goodwood Primary School offers Reception - Year 7. In 2022, they will be discontinuing Year 7. The Year 7's get special Year 7 jumpers and Year 7 tops which they can personalise themselves. The Goody Patch is 250 metres away from the school's campus, and is used as a local community garden but is also owned by school staff.

Kings Park is a very small, triangular shaped suburb of Adelaide in the City of Unley surrounded by Goodwood Road (west), Cross Road (south) and the Belair railway line (northeast). It is served by two railway stations; Millswood is on the northern boundary of the suburb and Unley Park is adjacent to the southeast corner of the suburb.

The Showground has one of the largest under-cover exhibition spaces in the Southern Hemisphere, and hosts over 140 exhibitions and conferences each year, as well as University of Adelaide and University of South Australia examinations. The RAHS also leases the former Investigator Science and Technology Centre to the Edge Church. In 2006 it was announced that the formal title of the Showground would be changed from 'Royal Adelaide Showground' to 'Adelaide Showground'. In 2008 Premier Mike Rann announced that the largest rooftop solar installation in Australia would be installed on the new Goyder Pavilion, the centrepiece of the Adelaide Showground upgrade. The $8 million investment saw 10,000 square metres of solar panels installed, generating 14,00 mega-watt hours of solar electricity, the equivalent to powering 200 South Australian homes and saving 1,400 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions per year. The size of the project meant that the Adelaide Showground is registered as a power station.

Forestville is an inner southwestern suburb of Adelaide in the City of Unley. It is traversed by Brown Hill Creek and the Glenelg tram line. Former NBL franchise and current Premier League club, the Forestville Eagles, are named after the suburb.
