Trebah (Cornish: Tre Worabo, meaning Gorabo's farm) is a 26-acre (110,000 m2) sub-tropical garden situated in Cornwall, England, UK, near Glendurgan Garden and above the Helford River (grid reference SW767273). Part of the parish of Mawnan, the gardens are set within an area of the same name, which includes the small settlements of Trebah Wartha and Trebah Woolas (both are of medieval origin).

Port Navas Creek (Cornish: Pol Chi Elow, meaning creek of the house of elm trees), or Porthnavas Creek, is one of seven creeks off the Helford River in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It splits into three sections with the village of Porth Navas on the west, Trenarth Bridge in the middle and the eastern one is near Budock Veane. The creek is well known for the oyster beds.

Helford (Cornish: Heyl, meaning estuary) is a village in the civil parish of Manaccan. It is on the south bank of the Helford River in west Cornwall, England, United Kingdom, approximately five miles (8 km) south-southwest of Falmouth and lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The village was rated as among the "20 most beautiful villages in the UK and Ireland" by Condé Nast Traveler in 2020. The village has a pub, a village shop, and a sailing club. A pedestrian ferry operates daily from Easter to October between Helford and Helford Passage.

Glendurgan Garden (Cornish: Glynn Dowrgeun, meaning deep valley of otters) is a National Trust garden situated above the hamlet of Durgan on the Helford River and near Mawnan Smith, in the civil parish of Mawnan, Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. Glendurgan Garden was laid out by Alfred Fox in the 1820s and 1830s. In 1962 Glendurgan Garden was given to the National Trust by Cuthbert and Philip Fox. The garden is notable for a cherry laurel maze, created in 1833.

Trenarth Bridge (Cornish: Pons Tre Nerth, meaning bridge of Nerth's farm) is at the head of the centre head of Port Navas Creek and is between Mawnan Smith and Porth Navas.

Durgan (Cornish: Dowrgeun, meaning otters) is a hamlet in the parish of Mawnan, south Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is beside the Helford River four miles (6 km) south of Falmouth. The hamlet consists of seventeen properties, many owned by the National Trust, and has a permanent population of just 10 (2017). The majority of the properties are second homes or holiday lets. Durgan has a beach popular with boaters, swimmers and holiday makers. Only vehicles belonging to residents or those staying in holiday lets are permitted in the village as the roads are narrow and parking is unavailable. Durgan is known for boating on the Helford River and the Fal estuary and hosts a regatta on the last Sunday in August each year. It was the home port of Captain George Vancouver. Glendurgan Garden, a National Trust property, is located in Durgan.

Manaccan (; Cornish: Manahan) is a civil parish and village on the Lizard peninsula in south Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. The village is about five miles (8 km) south-southwest of Falmouth.The origin of the name Manaccan is probably derived not from a saint but from the Cornish for (church) of the monks. It was also at times called Minster in English because it must once have had a Celtic monastery. "St Manacca" is recorded as the patron saint as early as 1308.The population of Manaccan was 321 in the 2011 census, an increase from 299 in the 2001 census.Manaccan lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Almost a third of Cornwall has AONB designation, with the same status and protection as a National Park.

The village was called "Cove" until the 19th century development as a granite port and is at the head of a short creek running off the main limb which runs north from the Helford River. It is between Mawnan Smith and Constantine within the civil parish of Constantine.

Carne is a hamlet in the civil parish of St Anthony-in-Meneage, Cornwall, England, UK. Carne lies on the south side of Gillan Creek at around 30 feet (9.1 m) above sea level. Gillan Creek is a part of the Lower Fal and Helford Intertidal Site of Special Scientific Interest. Carne lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Mawnan Smith (Cornish: Mownan an Gov) is a village in the civil parish of Mawnan in south Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is situated approximately three miles south of Falmouth. In 2019 it had an estimated population of 1020.The parish church of St Mawnan and St Stephen is in Mawnan village (also known as Mawnan Church). A second church, St Michael's, was built in the village of Mawnan Smith in 1876 and there was also a Wesleyan Methodist chapel in the village. The village name may derive from the fact that it once had four working smithies serving the many farms in the parish. By the early 20th century only one remained in business. It was operated by blacksmith Billy James followed by his son Dryden and closed when the latter died in 1994. The Mawnan Anvil Trust has since restored the smithy as a working forge with a resident Artist Blacksmith and the site now also includes a Silversmith, Sign Writer and Carpenter.

High Cross is a hamlet in south Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is situated one mile east of Constantine (where the 2011 population was included.) village and approximately four miles (6 km) southwest of Falmouth.High Cross is in the civil parish of Constantine, Cornwall. In 1993 a medieval stone cross was found built into a collapsing Cornish hedge at the junction of the road from Constantine to Penryn and the road from Mawnan Smith. The cross was re-erected nearby, at the crossroad, in April 2000.
