Norton & Sons is a Savile Row bespoke tailor founded in 1821 by Walter Grant Norton. The firm is located on the east side of the street, at No. 16. It was purchased by Scottish designer Patrick Grant in 2005.

The Burlington Fine Arts Club (established 1866; dissolved 1952) was a London gentlemen's club based at 17 Savile Row. The club had its roots in the informal Fine Arts Club, a gathering of amateur art enthusiasts, founded by John Charles Robinson, that met in Marlborough House in 1856, moving to South Kensington from 1857. In 1866 they formalised the new club, although informal meetings under the Fine Arts Club banner continued to be held separately until 1874, using the Burlington as its base. The original Burlington clubhouse occupied the upper three floors of 177 Piccadilly from 1866 until 1869, when the club moved to its Savile Row premises, where it remained for the rest of its existence. The club aimed to evoke the atmosphere of a typical gentlemen's club for those interested in art, as well as to provide a showcase for amateur artists. Part of the clubhouse doubled as a regular exhibition venue, the location having been selected for its proximity to Mayfair art dealers. Notable members included James McNeill Whistler, John Ruskin, Dante Gabriel Rossetti, William Michael Rossetti, Edwin Lutyens and the art collector Henry Vaughan who gave Constable's The Hay Wain to the nation.The Second World War proved a terrible strain on the Burlington, its last exhibition having been held just prior to the outbreak of war in 1939. With dwindling membership numbers after the war, the club's committee realised that it could no longer afford the lease on its clubhouse. An attempt was made to raise the funds to move to 34 Great Cumberland Place, but this failed. In late 1951, the committee voted for the club to go into liquidation, with effect the following year. The club's assets were valued at some £14,500. With most of the members waiving their rights to shares in the club, £13,070, 12s, 5d went to the National Art-Collections Fund (later The Art Fund) in commemoration of the Burlington Fine Arts Club.

Henry Poole & Co is a bespoke tailor located at Savile Row in London. The company made the first modern-style dinner jacket based on specifications that the Prince of Wales (later Edward VII) gave the company in the 1880s.

Hardy Amies London (Limited) is a UK-based fashion house specializing in modern luxury menswear. It was founded by Sir Hardy Amies who was a pioneer of ready-to-wear menswear market in the 1950s, and starting in the 1960s . Amies was commissioned to create high-profile specialized clothing for customers including British World cup and Olympic teams, Stanley Kubrick for 2001: A Space Odyssey, and Queen Elizabeth II. The fashion house has changed ownership several times over the course of its history, and for a time, was the property of Fung Capital. In 2018, the company went into administration for a second time. The Savile Row store was closed in March 2019 and the space taken over by Hackett London in June as its flagship store.

Richard James is a bespoke Savile Row tailors and contemporary menswear company. It was founded in 1992 by designer Richard James, a graduate of Brighton College of Art and a former buyer for the London boutique Browns, and his business partner Sean Dixon. The Creative Director is Toby Lamb, a graduate of Central Saint Martins. Richard James has won both the British Fashion Council's Menswear Designer of the Year and Bespoke Designer of the Year awards.

New Burlington Street (originally Little Burlington Street) is a street in central London that is on land that was once part of the Burlington Estate. The current architecture of the street bears little resemblance to the original design of the street when first built in the early eighteenth century.

The Araki is a sushi restaurant founded by Japanese chef Mitsuhiro Araki which opened in London in 2014. It was awarded two stars in the 2016 Michelin Guide for the UK and Ireland, before being awarded three in the 2018 guide, making it the first Japanese restaurant to win three stars in Europe. In the 2020 guide, it lost all its 3 stars following the departure of head chef Mitsuhiro Araki.

Eve was a private members' nightclub at 189 Regent Street, central London. Founded in 1953, it had the world's first illuminated glass floor and, according to The Daily Telegraph, the "most daring show" in London's West End, including topless girls and strippers. Members included kings, ambassadors, sultans and a bishop. It was popular with diplomats and senior civil servants, and was known for "its unique appeal of glamour, intrigue, sex, sophistication, daring floorshows and mystery". The Romanian-born co-owner and hostess, Helen O'Brien, worked as a spy for Britain's MI5.

H. Huntsman & Sons (known as Huntsman of Savile Row) is a high-end fashion house and tailor located at No. 11 Savile Row, London. It is known for its English bespoke menswear tailoring, cashmere ready-to-wear collections, and leather accessories. In 1886, the company earned its first Royal Warrant as Leather Breeches Maker to HRH the Prince of Wales (later Edward VII). The Huntsman building was used as the facade for the Kingsman shop for Matthew Vaughn's blockbuster movie franchise Kingsman, and continues to display a Kingsman plaque by the door.Founded in 1849, Huntsman is a Savile Row tailor, producing traditional bespoke tailoring for gentlemen and ladies. Huntsman has been granted several royal warrants bestowed by British and European monarchs, including The Prince of Wales, (later Edward VII) and Queen Victoria. Huntsman is also one of the founders of the Savile Row Bespoke Association - the trade body responsible for protecting and promoting the working practices of Savile Row.

The West End Central Police Station was a police station at 27 Savile Row, in London's West End, on the junction with Boyle Street. It was the headquarters of the 'C' division of the Metropolitan Police Service, station-code 'CD' (the letter D depicting it to be a divisional headquarters) covering the City of Westminster. It was opened in 1940 and was also the station where officers were dispatched from to shut down The Beatles' rooftop concert on January 30, 1969, following noise complaints. The front desk was closed in 2017. It was subsequently sold to a private developer for a reported £50m.

Fortress House was a building with its main entrance at 23 Savile Row in London W1, also including 5–9 New Burlington Street. It was built in 1949–50 to a design by Anthony Lloyd, and demolished in 2009.

Maurice Sedwell is a British clothing company established by Maurice Sedwell in 1938 and first located on Fleet Street in London. The company moved to 9 Savile Row in 1963, In 1988, the company was purchased from the retiring Maurice Sedwell by Andrew Ramroop, a long-standing employee. Andrew Ramroop arrived in the UK from Trinidad in 1970. Ramroop has been the sole owner of Maurice Sedwell for over 30 years. The business thrived in the 1980s and 1990s with a client list that included Lords, politicians, and even a member of the royal family. Under Ramroop's direction, Maurice Sedwell moved to a larger space at 19 Savile Row in 1994, and in 2022 moved again to 9-10 Savile Row. In 2008, Ramroop opened The Savile Row Academy, the only professionally staffed school on Savile Row. Ramroop appeared on Desert Island Discs in 2022.
