The Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Russian: Центральный банк Российской Федерации, romanized: Tsentraljnyy bank Rossiyskoy Federatsii), also known as the Bank of Russia (Russian: Банк России, romanized: Bank Rossii), is the central bank of the Russian Federation, originally founded in 1860 as the State Bank of the Russian Empire. It is headquartered on Neglinnaya Street in Moscow. Its functions are described in the Constitution of Russia (Article 75) and in federal law.

The Embassy of Moldova in Moscow is the diplomatic mission of Moldova to Russia. The Embassy provides consular services to Moldovan citizens residing or travelling in Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Sandunоvskie Baths (Russian: Сандуно0вские бани специально для жени) or Sandunу (Сандуны́, IPA: [səndʊˈnɨ]) is a cultural and architectural landmark in downtown Moscow, located at 14 Neglinnaya street adjacent to the Central Bank of Russia. First opened in 1808, the baths were founded by and named after the Georgian businessman Sila Sandunov (Zandukeli) (1756–1820), who was once an actor at the court of Catherine II during the 1790s. He bought a land plot on the Neglinnaya River in 1800 to construct baths there.

The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation (Russian: Министерство транспорта Российской Федерации) is a ministry of the Government of Russia responsible for transportation. The Ministry of Transport oversees road transport, railroads, commercial aviation, sea transport, inland waterway transport, and urban metro systems in Russia. The ministry develops public policies and legal regulations, and also oversees the surveying, mapping, and naming of geographic features. The Ministry of Transport is headquartered in Meshchansky District, Moscow. The Ministry of Transport was created in 1809 as the Ministry of Railway Transport of the Russian Empire and later became the People's Commissariat for Railways of the USSR. It was reformed into the Ministry of Railways in 1946 and later expanded its authority to become the Ministry of Transport of the USSR. It was re-established as the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 and received its current name when the state was renamed to the Russian Federation on December 25, 1991. The Ministry of Transport was combined with the Ministry of Communications and Information for a brief period as short-lived Ministry of Transport and Communications from 9 March to 20 May 2004. Vitaly Savelyev has been the Minister of Transport since 10 November 2020.

Alpine Rose (Russian: Альпийская роза) is a historical building which was built in 1901-1902 as a project of architect A. A. Ostrogradsky in the Art Nouveau style. The building has the status of an identified cultural heritage site. A Russian State Circus is currently residing in the building.

Neglinnaya Street (Russian: Неглинная улица) is a street inside the Garden Ring of Moscow, Russia. It runs from the Bolshoi Theatre to the Trubnaya Square. The street was paved over the underground Neglinnaya River in 1819. Throughout the 20th century the river regularly flooded the street and the adjacent quarter. The highlights of the Neglinnaya include the Muir & Mirrielees building, the Petrovka Passazh, the Sandunov Baths, and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Kuznetsky Most (Russian: Кузне́цкий Мост, IPA: [kʊˈzʲnʲet͡skʲɪj ˈmost]) is a street in central Moscow, that runs from Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street to Lubyanka Street. The name, literally Blacksmith's Bridge, refers to the 18th-century bridge over Neglinnaya River, now running in a tunnel, and a nearby foundry and the settlement of its workers. Since the middle of the 18th century, Kuznetsky Most was the street of fashion and expensive shopping. The street is administered by Tverskoy District (west) and Meshchansky District (east).

Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow is a five-star hotel in central Moscow, built in 2002 by Murad Sargsyan, a Russian-Armenian businessman. Today, it belongs to his brother Samvel Sargsyan, who was the governor of Armenia's Vayots Dzor province from 2003 to 2007 and a member of the National Assembly of Armenia from 2007 to 2012 from the Republican Party of Armenia.Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow was built on the location of an Armenian restaurant from the Soviet period. The modern building encompasses elements of Armenian architecture.

Rozhdestvensky Convent, or the Convent of Nativity of Theotokos (Russian: Богородице-Рождественский монастырь), is one of the oldest nunneries in Moscow, located inside the Boulevard Ring, on the left bank of the Neglinnaya River. Rozhdestvensky Boulevard and Rozhdestvenka Street owe their names to the convent.The convent was founded in the Moscow Kremlin in 1386, probably by Maria of Rostov, mother of Prince Vladimir the Bold. Among the ladies of royal blood who took the veil in the convent were Olgierd's daughter Helen and Vasily III's wife Solomonia Saburova. The convent was moved to its present location in 1484; the small katholikon was erected in the last years of Ivan III's reign. This is one of the oldest buildings in downtown Moscow, outside the Kremlin walls. The burial vault of the Lobanov-Rostovsky princely family dates from the 1670s.The convent was abolished in 1922, but some of the nuns and lay sisters would continue living in their cells (two of them - Varvara and Viktorina - lived there until the late 1970s). Upon the closure of the convent, the most revered icons were relocated to the Church of St. Nicholas in Zvonari. When the latter was itself shut down, the icons were transferred to the church of Saint Sergius in Pushkari and later to the Epiphany church in Pereyaslavskaya Sloboda. The divine service in Rozhdestvensky Convent was resumed in 1992.

Petrovsky Passage (Russian: Петровский Пассаж) is an elite department store opened on Petrovka Street in downtown Moscow in 1906. The engineer Vladimir Shukhov, also responsible for the GUM and the Shabolovka tower, designed a covered arcade with two wide three-storey galleries covered with high-pitched semi-cylindrical glass vaulting. The second storeys of opposite galleries are connected by exquisitely designed ferroconcrete catwalks. In the 1990s, the shop was revamped as the centre of one of the most expensive shopping areas in Europe.

Children's World (Russian: «Де́тский мир») or Detsky Mir is a Russian children's retailer. Founded in June 1957, as of February 2017, the company had 525 stores. It is the largest children's goods retailer in Russia and the CIS, with the retail chain in both Russia and Kazakhstan. Detsky Mir Group also owns the ELC (Early Learning Center) retail chain in Russia. In February 2017, PAO Detsky Mir listed its shares in an initial public offering. Vladimir Chirakhov is the CEO.

The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (Russian: Министерство Российской Федерации по делам гражданской обороны, чрезвычайным ситуациям и ликвидации последствий стихийных бедствий), also known as the Ministry of Emergency Situations (Министерство по чрезвычайным ситуациям; abbreviated MChS, МЧС России) or internationally as EMERCOM (derived from 'Emergency Control Ministry'), is a Russian government agency overseeing the civil emergency services in Russia. President Boris Yeltsin established EMERCOM on January 10, 1994, though the ministry can be traced back to December 27, 1990, when the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR) established the Russian Rescue Corps and assigned it the mission of rapid response in the case of emergencies.
