Curwood Festival

The Old Miller Hospital was constructed as a single-family home located at 121 Michigan Avenue in Owosso, Michigan; it was later converted to a private hospital. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Lincoln School was built in 1915 in the Classical Revival style. The school was added to the National Register of Historic Places in August 2016. The building now houses the Lincoln House Apartments.

The Michigan Avenue-Genesee Street Historic Residential District is a primarily residential historic district, located along Michigan Ave between Clinton Street and the railroad tracks, and along Genesee Street from Michigan Avenue to Shiawassee Street in Owosso, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Owosso is the largest city in Shiawassee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 14,714 at the 2020 census. The city is mostly surrounded by Owosso Township on its west, but the two are administered autonomously. The city was named after Chief Wosso, an Ojibwe leader of the Shiawassee area.

The Elias Comstock Cabin is a single-family home located at the corner of Curwood Castle Drive and John Street in Owosso, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. It is the oldest residence still extant in the City of Owosso.

The Shiawassee District Library in Owosso, Michigan is a public library system that serves the residents of the cities of Durand, Michigan and Bennington, Owosso, and Rush Townships. The library system was created in 1994 after the Owosso Public Library and the Durand Memorial Library combined resources. In July 2000, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation committed a $35,722 grant to the library.The Owosso branch is a Carnegie library located at 502 West Main Street. It was built with a $20,000 grant from Andrew Carnegie on land donated by the heirs of L.E. Woodard. The groundbreaking ceremonies in October 1913 included a parade through the city. The library was dedicated on July 4, 1914. In 1926, the Owosso-born Impressionist painter Frederick Carl Frieseke gave the city of Owosso his painting, Lady With the Sunshade, which originally hung in the library but is now on display at the Shiawassee Arts Council building. Today, the library offers children and adult collections, computer training, and community programs. The library was the 2022 award recipient of the Library of Michigan Public Library Services Grant Program.

Curwood Castle is a small castle, now a museum, located in Owosso, Michigan, built by the author James Oliver Curwood.

The Duff Building is a commercial structure located at 118 West Exchange Street in Owosso, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The Grow Block is a commercial building located at 120-122 West Exchange Street in Owosso, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The Lee Woodard and Sons Building is a former factory building located at 306 South Elm Street in Owosso, Michigan, USA. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. It is now Woodard Station Lofts.

The Lyman Woodard Company Workers' Housing is a former multi-family housing unit located at 601 Clinton Street in Owosso, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Lyman Woodard Furniture and Casket Company Building is a former factory building located at 219-222 South Elm Street in Owosso, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
