Eastgate Towne Center, formerly known as Eastgate Mall is an enclosed, mixed-use facility (office and retail complex) in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The 75/24 Split (pronounced "seventy-five twenty-four split"), also commonly known simply as "The Split", is the name given to the interchange between Interstates 75 and 24 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The interchange was originally constructed between 1959 and 1961 as a simple directional-T interchange. Although Chattanooga is only a mid-sized city by national standards, the interchange is the convergence point of two major north-south freight corridors, running between Atlanta and Detroit, and Atlanta and Chicago, respectively. As a result, the interchange has been ranked as one of the most congested bottlenecks in the country, rendering its original design obsolete, and has become notorious for congestion and accidents. The interchange is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction in two phases.

CHI Memorial Stadium is a 5,500 seat soccer-specific stadium in East Ridge, Tennessee, and the first such stadium in Tennessee. It serves as the home stadium for Chattanooga Red Wolves SC of USL League One, Chattanooga Lady Red Wolves SC of the Women's Premier Soccer League, and Dalton Red Wolves SC of USL League Two. The stadium opened on August 1, 2020 for the Red Wolves' match against FC Tucson.

The Camp Jordan Arena is a 4,000-seat multi-purpose arena in East Ridge, Tennessee (a suburb of Chattanooga) built in 1993. It was formerly home to the Tennessee River Sharks of the National Indoor Football League.

Clarence T. Jones Observatory is an astronomical observatory in Chattanooga, Tennessee (US), owned and operated by University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

On the afternoon of November 21, 2016, a school bus in Chattanooga, Tennessee rolled over onto its passenger side and became wrapped around a tree. There were six fatalities and 23 injuries.

Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (IATA: CHA, ICAO: KCHA, FAA LID: CHA) (Lovell Field) is 5 miles (8 km) east of downtown Chattanooga, in Hamilton County, Tennessee, United States. The airport is owned and operated by the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority. It is a Class C airport serviced by the Chattanooga Airport Traffic Control Tower. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2019–2023 categorized it as a small-hub primary commercial service facility.

East Ridge is a city in Hamilton County, Tennessee, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 20,979. East Ridge is bordered by Chattanooga to the west, north, and east, and the Georgia state line to the south. It is part of the Chattanooga, TN–GA Metropolitan Statistical Area. Boyd Buchanan School is a co-educational private Christian school located near the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Founded in 1952, the school is a college-preparatory school for children in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. Currently, the school has more than 1,000 students enrolled.

The Cherokee Arboretum at Audubon Acres (130 acres) is an arboretum and natural area located in the East Brainerd neighborhood of Chattanooga, Tennessee. It became an official arboretum in 2003 and is one of several properties protected by the Chattanooga Audubon Society. The arboretum contains a walking trail (approximately 1 mile) that interprets the forest in the context of Native American culture. It features trees and woody plants labeled with scientific, common, and Cherokee names written in the Cherokee Syllabary. Cherokee uses are also described.

East Ridge High School is a public high school in the Hamilton County Schools system located in the Chattanooga, Tennessee suburb of East Ridge.It is a Title I school and the demographics (when?) are as follows: Caucasian students make up 43.3% of the school's population, African American students make up 32.8%, HIspanic or Latino students make up 21.3%, Asian and Pacific-Islander students make up 2.3%, and Native American students are represented in smaller numbers.
