Broadbeach North light rail station located in the suburb of Broadbeach is serviced by the Gold Coast light rail system known as the G:link. The station serves the northern end of the Broadbeach precinct, offering direct access to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Oasis Shopping Centre and the Star Casino. Broadbeach North is located in the median of the Gold Coast Highway.

The venue was opened on 29 June 2004 at a cost of A$167 million and is linked by a covered walkway to The Star Gold Coast. Managed by the Star Entertainment Group, the Centre caters for 10 to 6,000 people.Situated in Broadbeach, the GCCEC is within walking distance to tourism hotspots, five-star accommodation, shopping facilities and public transport.

The Star Gold Coast (formerly Jupiters Hotel and Casino) is a casino and hotel located in the suburb of Broadbeach on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. The casino, which was Queensland's first, is situated next to the Nerang River and is operated by Star Entertainment Group. It opened in November 1985 as Conrad Jupiters. In 2017 it was rebranded as The Star, Gold Coast.One per cent of the casino's gross gaming revenue is deposited in the Gambling Community Benefit Fund. This fund was established in 1987, supports non-profit community-based groups and is administered by the Government of Queensland.The seven acre complex includes eight bars, seven restaurants, conference facilities, a ballroom, theatre, health spa and gym. The hotel, with 592 rooms, stands 66 metres (216 feet) and has 21 floors. The complex is governed under the Jupiters Casino Agreement Act.

Fankhauser Reserve is a multi-sports venue in Southport, a suburb in Gold Coast, Australia. It has been used by the NEAFL's Southport Australian Football Club team as their home game base. The Gold Coast Suns reserves side also occasionally uses the ground for home matches. The ground was due to host a match for premiership points in the 2020 AFL Women's season but it was cancelled due to COVID-19. In 1987 the Southport Sharks' board of directors submitted a proposal to the local council to build a professional Australian rules football ground and licensed club on the 31 acres of land located on the corner of Musgrave and Olsen Avenues. The submission was approved and the Sharks were granted a 50-year lease on the site. Construction of the $2.7 million development began in 1988 and was completed in February 1989. The ground was named after then Sharks vice president Wally Fankhauser who donated $2.2 million towards the new headquarters.

Kombumerri Park (known commercially as Subaru Oval) is a multi-sports venue in Mermaid Waters, a suburb in the Gold Coast, Australia. It includes an Australian Rules Football and Cricket ground. It has been used by the NEAFL's Broadbeach Australian Football Club team as their home game base. The Gold Coast Suns reserves side also occasionally uses the ground for home matches. The Geelong Cats senior side has used the ground for training in July 2017, with thousands of spectators coming along to watch them.

Florida Gardens light rail station is serviced by the Gold Coast light rail system known as the G:link. The station services the very southern end of Surfers Paradise, the Gold Coast's key tourist precinct. It appears to be in reference to Florida Gardens Estate, a former land development in the 1960s that extended west from Cascade Gardens and eventually evolved into Broadbeach Waters.

The Pacific Fair Bus Station at Broadbeach is serviced by Surfside Buslines. It is part of the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and is close to Broadbeach Library, The Star Gold Coast and the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre. Until the G:link light rail network opened in July 2014, it was the terminating point for number of services, these have now been extended to Broadbeach South bus station.

The Wave is a residential skyscraper with an unusual appearance on the Gold Coast, Australia. It rises to a height of 111 m (364 ft) and has 34 floors. It is located at the corner of Surf Parade and Victoria Avenue, Broadbeach. In a competition against 467 new buildings taller than 100 m (330 ft), The Wave was the recipient of the 2006 Silver Emporis Skyscraper Award.The innovative structure features reinforced concrete balconies that create a flowing, waveform exterior. The design ensures each of the 118 apartment's balconies receive a mix of shade and sunlight. The tower features basement parking, a podium, three levels of commercial space and another level with recreation facilities. One, two and three bedroom apartments a found from floor five above. In 2007, the building was featured in a Bollywood movie called Singh Is Kinng.

Pacific Fair is a major shopping centre in Broadbeach Waters on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. It is Queensland's second-largest shopping centre and the fifth-largest nationally. Pacific Fair was developed by Hooker Retail Developments and opened in 1977 on what was swampland with 96 specialty stores and two anchor tenants. When built, it surpassed the now-demolished Sundale Shopping Centre in Southport as the Gold Coast's largest shopping mall. Pacific Fair's original 17ha site featured a themed, outdoor design, including mock-Tudor buildings and European thoroughfares, Asian villages with ponds, and a French Quarter. In 1992, a four-level Myer store opened in the Arcade. Since then, Pacific Fair has undergone numerous expansions and has grown to have more than 400 specialty stores and four anchor tenants. In January 2014, work began on a major redevelopment project to meet the predicted regional growth on the Gold Coast.Prior to the redevelopment, the shopping centre had four main major stores including a four-level Myer, Kmart, Target, Coles and formerly Toys "R" Us. Daimaru operated in the centre before its Australian withdrawal, albeit briefly. It also had a 12-screen Birch Carroll and Coyle Cinema (re-opened as Event Cinemas in late 2015). Pacific Fair is a major public transport interchange on the Gold Coast, serviced by Surfside Buslines, and the Broadbeach South G:Link station located not far from the shopping centre. Nearby is The Star Gold Coast and Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre. Pacific Fair fronts Little Tallebudgera Creek and is the southern end of the Surfers Riverwalk. This shopping centre was featured on the third season of The Mole.
