Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms (commonly referred to as Industry Hills), is a golf club located in the City of Industry, California. It is made up of two 18-hole courses known as The Ike and The Babe. It is the location of PGA, LPGA, and Champions Tour qualifiers and hosted the 2011 Kia Classic.

The Industry Hills Aquatic Club (IHAC) was a prominent USA Swimming club located in the City of Industry, California, from 1979 until August 2005. For almost three decades, the Club was a successful training ground for a considerable number of athletes, some achieving success at the highest levels of the sport, both nationally and internationally, such as the olympic games. In addition to swimming, the organization included water polo and diving teams composed of athletes achieving similar success. The Aquatic Center's pools also served the community as a popular venue for high school swim meets, youth swim lessons, and U.S. Masters Swimming. The organization ceased to exist in 2005 when the City of Industry decided to demolish the Industry Hills Aquatics Center. The pool was demolished four years later, in March 2009.

The Industry Hills Expo Center is an 125-acre event venue (51 ha) in the City of Industry, California, United States. The multi-purpose arena seats over 5,000 spectators and was home to the Los Angeles Lynx of the National Indoor Football League. Built in 1981, the venue has other smaller buildings along with outdoor horse arenas.The venue is one of the top venues for motorcycle speedway in the United States.

William Workman High School is the only public high school located in City of Industry, California. It is one of four high schools in the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District. For sports part of the Montview League.

Awigna (also, Awiz-na) is a former Tongva-Gabrieleño Native American settlement located at the site of modern-day La Puente High School, in the San Gabriel Valley in Los Angeles County, California.The settlement was one of twenty seven villages included in the records of Mission San Gabriel, indicating that villagers from Awigna were baptized there after its establishment in the Los Angeles Basin in 1776. Awigna was described as "one of the principal rancherias to supply it [the mission] with neophytes."In 1915, La Puente High School was built on the village site. During the construction process, many artifacts from the village were unearthed and were reportedly put on display at the school for many years. In 2004, it was reported that the whereabouts of these artifacts were unknown.

Puente Hills Mall, located in City of Industry, California, United States, is a major regional shopping center in the San Gabriel Valley region of Los Angeles County. It is most famous for serving as the filming site for the Twin Pines/Lone Pine Mall for the 1985 movie Back to the Future starring Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd. Anchor tenants are Burlington, Round 1 Entertainment, and Ross Dress For Less.

La Puente High School is a public high school in La Puente, California, located in the San Gabriel Valley, serving grades 9–12. It was established in 1915. It is one of six high schools (including two alternative schools) in the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District. It is a California Distinguished School and about 80% of seniors graduate every year.The school has a number of small learning communities known as "academies," including the University Academy, Law Enforcement Academy, Business Academy, Multimedia Academy, Science and Engineering Academy, and Performing Arts Academy. The Law Enforcement Academy works in partnership with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department to educate students interested in a career in public service. La Puente High School currently has 1425 students and 63 teachers.
