Stevenson Place is a 24-story, 103 m (338 ft) Class-A office building located at 71 Stevenson Street in the Financial District of San Francisco, California. Construction of the building began in 1985 and was completed in 1987 and was designed by the architecture firm Kaplan Mclaughlin Diaz. The building was the winner of the 1987 Prestressed Concrete Institute Competition.

225 Bush Street, originally known as the Standard Oil Building, is a 328-foot (100 m), 25-floor office building in the financial district of San Francisco. The building includes 21 floors of office space, 1 floor of retail, 1 storage floor and 2 basement levels including the garage. It was the tallest building in the city from its completion in 1922 until 1925. It contains approximately 560,000 sq ft (52,000 m2) of rentable space. It is a historic building, serving as the headquarters for Standard Oil of California, now Chevron, for over half a century. Architect George W. Kelham designed the Standard Oil Building for John D. Rockefeller and modeled it on the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Building. Composed of two buildings, the old wing was built in the 1920s. The new wing was built in the 1950s.

180 Montgomery Street is a 25-story, 98 m (322 ft). Class A office building in the financial district of San Francisco, California. The building serves as the corporate headquarters for Bank of the West, and has offices for other major tenants such as, Ameriprise Financial, Berlitz, Hanjin Shipping, Kforce, Valimail, Lexmark, Prudential Insurance, the Union Labor Life Insurance Company, and Western Union.180 Montgomery is owned by a joint venture formed in 2007 between Mitsui Fudosan America, Inc. and The Swig Company.It sits on the site of the former Occidental Hotel which was destroyed in the 1906 earthquake.

The Royal Insurance Building is a former office building located at 201 Sansome Street, San Francisco, California, and now converted to condominiums. It is San Francisco Landmark #160, built in 1907 to designs by architects Howells & Stokes. Its facade and marble entryway sculpture appears to be very similar to that of the former Royal Insurance Building at William Street and Maiden Lane in New York City, designed by the same architect. The sculpture is apparently by Rochette and Parzini. It is crowned by a clock, supported by the lion and unicorn, with English roses and Scottish thistles, and the motto "Tutum te sistam". Two cartouches contain the Liver bird to the left, representing Liverpool, and a cross and dagger to the right. Howells & Stokes, who were located in New York City, sent Seattle architect Abraham H. Albertson as their representative to supervise the construction.

100 Montgomery Street, also known as the Equitable Life Building, is an office tower located in the financial district of San Francisco, California. The 354-foot (108 m), 25-floor tower was completed in 1955 and served as headquarters to the Equitable Life Insurance Company. Designed by William Peugh, 100 Montgomery Street is one of the first post-World War II office buildings in San Francisco, distinguished by classical white marble facade against aluminum art-deco window framing. It was purchased by developer Hines and its partner Sterling American Property in January 2006 for US$67.5 million from EQ Office. Hines and Sterling sold the building to EQ Office, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group LP, for US$165 million in October 2012, who in turn sold it for a reported $285 million to the Vanbarton Group and a pension fund partner in 2016.

One Bush Plaza also known as the Crown Zellerbach Building is an office building in the western United States in San Francisco, California. Located on Bush Street and Battery Street at Market Street in the Financial District, the 20-story, 308-foot (94 m) building was completed in 1959.

The Flatiron Building is a highrise completed in 1913 at 540 Market Street at Sutter Street in the Financial District of San Francisco, California. The 10-story, 120-foot (37 m) structure is designated landmark No. 155.Jimdo has offices in the building, as does TextNow, and Trim. Previously, Boutique Air had its headquarters there.The building was featured in the opening credits of the 1980s detective series Crazy Like a Fox since lead character Harry Fox had his offices in the building.

The Shell Building is an office tower in the Financial District of San Francisco, California. The 28-story, 115.22 m (378.0 ft), building is located at 100 Bush Street, at Battery Street. It was designed by George W. Kelham and built in 1929, in the architectural style of Gothic Moderne, Moderne and Art Deco.Shell Oil Company occupied the building until the 1960s. There are castings of shells that decorate the cornice on the upper levels as well as shell designs in the lobby floor and decorative grill at the front of the building.A renovation by Heller Manus Architects won the San Francisco Architectural Heritage Award in 1994.

101 Montgomery (also known as The Schwab Building) is a high-rise office building located in San Francisco, California. The building rises 404 feet (123 m) in the northern region of San Francisco's Financial District. It contains 28 floors, and was completed in 1984. 101 Montgomery is currently tied with Embarcadero West as the 39th-tallest building in the city. The building's developer was Cahill Contractors. The building has earlier served as the headquarters of Charles Schwab & Company.
