Brizon (French pronunciation: [bʁizɔ̃]; Arpitan: Beurzon) is a commune in the Haute-Savoie département in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France.

Glières-Val-de-Borne is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. It was established on 1 January 2019 by merger of the former communes of Le Petit-Bornand-les-Glières (the seat) and Entremont.

Le Petit-Bornand-les-Glières, commonly referred to as Petit-Bornand, is a former commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. On 1 January 2019, it was merged with its neighbour village Entrement to form the new commune of Glières-Val-de-Borne.Petit Bornand has a number of dairy farms, tourist accommodations and secondary residences. It is in the area which is authorised to produce the named soft cheese "roblochon"[1]

Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ pjɛʁ ɑ̃ fosiɲi]) is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in Eastern France. It is located in the historical province of Faucigny in Savoy hence its name. The town had 6,389 inhabitants in 2016. It was born from the fusion in 1965 of the communes of Passeirier, Saint-Maurice-de-Rumilly and Saint-Pierre-de-Rumilly. Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny is situated between Bonneville just to the east and La Roche-sur-Foron to the west.

Pic de Jallouvre is a mountain of Haute-Savoie, France. It is the highest mountain in the Bornes Massif range of the French Prealps and its highest point, the Pointe Blanche, has an elevation of 2438 metres.

The Bornes Massif (French: Massif des Bornes) is a mountainous massif in the north French Prealps in the département of Haute-Savoie. It has 20 peaks higher than 2000 m and is a popular destination for winter sports. The Massif is the source of the celebrated cheese Reblochon.
