Komazawa Hockey Field

The Komazawa Volleyball Courts are a volleyball venue located in Tokyo, Japan. It hosted some of the volleyball preliminaries for the 1964 Summer Olympics. Originally an outdoor venue for the 1958 Asian Games, the venue was modified into an indoor arena between December 1962 and June 1964. It seated 3,908 during the Olympics, including 1,300 temporary.

Komazawa Olympic Park Stadium (駒沢オリンピック公園総合運動場陸上競技場) is a multi-purpose stadium in Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan. The stadium is an integral feature of Komazawa Olympic Park and is currently used mostly for football matches (although mostly amateur and women's matches) and rugby union games. The stadium has a capacity of 20,010. The stadium hosted some of the football preliminaries for the 1964 Summer Olympics. Some J. League Division 1, J. League Division 2, J. League Cup, and Emperor's Cup matches, (including the Finals on 1965 and 1966), had also been played at the stadium.

At the 1964 Summer Olympics, 16 wrestling events were contested, for all men. There were eight weight classes in Greco-Roman wrestling and eight classes in freestyle wrestling.

Ōshūkan Secondary School (東京都立桜修館中等教育学校, Tōkyō-toritsu Ōshūkan Chūtōkyōikugakkō) is a public day school established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The campus is located in the Meguro district of Tokyo, Japan. The school name comes from the Japanese word for cherry blossoms. It is a combined junior high school (students study for 3 years) and senior high school (also 3 years).

Komazawa University (駒澤大学, Komazawa Daigaku), abbreviated as 駒大 Komadai, is one of the oldest universities in Japan. Its history starts in 1592, when a seminary was established to be a center of learning for the young monks of the Sōtō sect, one of the two main Zen Buddhist traditions in Japan. The university in Tokyo campus comprises seven faculties and 17 departments with a total of around 16,000 students. Also for students who wish to pursue advanced studies, each department has a graduate school. It also has eleven research institutes and a Museum of Zen Buddhist Culture. Times Higher Education places Komazawa University in the 150+ bracket in its ranking of Japan's 200 best universities.

Komazawa-daigaku Station (駒沢大学駅, Komazawa-daigaku-eki) is a railway station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line in the eastern part of Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Tokyu Corporation. The station is named after Komazawa University, which is close-by.

Kikokushijo Academy (K.A.) is an after-school and weekend English in Japan specializing in returnee (kikokushijo) and bicultural education. It is associated with KAIS International School. The school teaches students ranging from ages 4 to 18 who speak English at or near native level. Founded in 2004, Kikokushijo Academy has schools in Meguro, Toritsudaigaku, Meidaimae, Tama Plaza, Funabashi, Nishi-Funabashi, and Shimokitazawa. The CEO and co-founder of Kikokushijo Academy is Charles Knudsen, who is also the author of the book Welcome Home, a guide for parents of returnee children. Charles Knudsen is failed screenwriter who enjoys writing short stories about altered states of consciousness in his free time [1].

Nippon Sport Science University (日本体育大学, Nippon taiiku daigaku), abbreviated as Nittaidai (日体大), is a private university in Setagaya, Tokyo and Aoba-ku, Yokohama. The precursor of the school was founded in 1893, and it was chartered as a university in 1949. The school is known for the many famous athletes among its alumni.

Kuhonbutsu (九品仏), officially designated as Joshin-ji (浄真寺, Joshin-ji), is a Buddhist temple situated in Setagaya, Tokyo. Affiliated with the Jōdo sect, it is dedicated to the Buddha. The temple derives its name from the presence of nine statues, each depicting a different manifestation of Amida Buddha, within its premises.

Jiyūgaoka (自由が丘, Jiyūgaoka) 'Liberty Hill' is a neighborhood in southern Meguro, Tokyo, Japan. It consists of districts 1-chome to 3-chome, and had a population of 7,231 as of January 2013. The name also refers to the broader area surrounding Jiyūgaoka Station, which includes both Jiyūgaoka, part of Midorigaoka and nearby Okusawa (奥沢) in Setagaya. Jiyūgaoka Station is located at the junction of the Tōyoko Line and Ōimachi Line. There are numerous apparel stores, zakka stores, cafes and restaurants. Jiyūgaoka is often considered one of the most desirable places to live in Tokyo. The middle class demographic is also reflected in the concentration of private schools in the neighbourhood and the large number of after school juku. Jiyūgaoka has had its own newspaper since 1919.
