St David's Church, Llangeview

Pentwyn, Llanllowell, Monmouthshire is a farmhouse dating from the mid-16th century. The house is Grade II* listed, with the adjacent barn having its own Grade II listing.

Llanllowell (Welsh: Llanllywel) is a village in Monmouthshire, southeast Wales, in the United Kingdom. It is two miles southeast of Usk, in the community of Llantrisant Fawr.

Allt-y-Bela in Llangwm, Monmouthshire, Wales, is a house of late medieval origin with additions from the sixteenth to the twenty-first centuries. During the early seventeenth century, it was owned by Roger Edwards, a wealthy Midlands merchant and the founder of Usk Grammar School. Edwards made significant alterations in the Renaissance style to the medieval cruck house. By the twentieth century, the house was in ruins until restored by the Spitalfields Historic Buildings Trust in the early twenty-first century. Now owned by the garden designer Arne Maynard, the house is a Grade II* listed building recognising its significance as an "exceptionally important sub-medieval house with ambitious early renaissance additions".

Llantrisant Fawr is a community in Monmouthshire, Wales. Villages within the community include Llantrisant and Llanllowell. The community council has three wards: Llantrisant, Llangwm and Llansoy, after Llangwm community was absorbed with boundary changes in May 2022. The population in the 2011 census was 475.

Cefntilla Halt was a request stop on the former Coleford, Monmouth, Usk and Pontypool Railway. It was opened on 27 March 1954 and was open for less than two years, closing in 1955 when the railway closed. It was not near any particular village but was located near Cefntilla Court, the family seat of the Somerset family, the current holders of the title Baron Raglan and relatives of the House of Beaufort. It was construction was first suggested by FitzRoy Somerset, 4th Baron Raglan to the BR in 1953 to bring needed passenger traffic to the line, which was under threat of closure. It was located about 9 miles and 66 chains from Monmouth Troy. The halt consisted of only a single wooden platform with a length of only 12 feet (3,700 mm), a platform lamp and a name-board.

Cefn Tilla Court, Llandenny, Monmouthshire, Wales, is a country house dating from the mid-19th century. Its origins date from 1616. During the English Civil War, the court was the headquarters of Thomas Fairfax during the siege of Raglan Castle and the terms of the castle's surrender were signed at the house in 1646. By the early 19th century, the court was derelict. In 1856 it was sold by Crawshay Bailey to the Memorial Committee established to commemorate the life of FitzRoy Somerset, 1st Baron Raglan, British commander during the Crimean War. The house was completely rebuilt by Thomas Henry Wyatt and donated to Lord Raglan's heir, Richard Somerset as a memorial to his father. The house is a Grade II* listed building.

The Priory Church of St Mary is the parish church of Usk, Monmouthshire, Wales. Its origin was as the church of Usk Priory, a Benedictine nunnery founded by Richard de Clare, 2nd Earl of Pembroke in the twelfth century. After the Dissolution of the Monasteries the church became the parish church of the town. Extended and restored in the middle of the nineteenth century, it was again restored in 1899–1900. The church was designated a Grade I listed building on 4 January 1974.

HM Prison Usk (Welsh: Carchar Brynbuga EF) is a Category C men's prison, located in Maryport Street in Usk, Monmouthshire, Wales. The prison is operated by His Majesty's Prison Service, and jointly managed with the nearby HMP Prescoed.

The Priory Gatehouse in Usk, Monmouthshire, Wales, is a surviving fragment of a Benedictine priory founded around 1135 and dissolved in 1536. It stands beside the main entrance to the churchyard. It is a Grade I listed building.The gatehouse is of two storeys, with gables and wide inner and outer arches. The style of the windows suggests a "sixteenth century date, possibly even post-Dissolution".

The Sessions House at Usk, Wales, is a Victorian courthouse by Thomas Henry Wyatt of 1877. It is a Grade II* listed building as of 4 January 1974.

Gwernesney (Welsh: Gwernesni) is a village in Monmouthshire in southeast Wales.

The Olway Brook (Welsh: Nant Olwy) is a left bank tributary of the River Usk in Monmouthshire in south Wales. Arising from the confluence of several brooks in the vicinity of Llansoy including the Llangofen, Penarth and Pontyrhydan brooks, it flows west to Llandenny, where it is joined by the Nant y Wilcae from Raglan, then southwest to be joined by the waters of the Pill brook and Llan-gwm-isaf Brook. Approaching the edge of the town of Usk it does not join the River Usk here but flows south, sub-parallel to the major river for over 3 km before joining it 750m south of the hamlet of Llanllowell. The catchment of the brook is almost wholly Old Red Sandstone.
