Centum station (Korean: 센텀역; formerly Suyeong station) is a railway station operated by Korail on the Donghae Line in U-dong, Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea. The former station name is unrelated to the station of the same name of the Busan Metro. Suyeong station was renamed to Centum station on December 30, 2016. It is also served by Mugunghwa-ho on the Donghae Line.

Seokdae Station (Korean: 석대역; Hanja: 石坮驛) is an aboveground station of the Busan Metro Line 4 in Seokdae-dong, Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea.

Busan Exhibition and Convention Center (Korean: 부산전시컨벤션센터), commonly known as BEXCO (벡스코), is a convention and exhibition center located in Centum City, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea. It features over 46,500 m2 of exhibition space and 53 meeting rooms. In June 2012, BEXCO completed its expansion to add a 4,002-seat auditorium and a new exhibition center.BEXCO has hosted a variety of events, notability as a concert venue for Koreans as well as international artists, such as Grammy Award winners Michael Bolton and Dr. Dre.

Pusan East (K-9) Air Base(동부산공군기지) was a United States Air Force (USAF) and Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) air base adjacent to the Suyeong River in Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea. It was redeveloped in the 1990s as Centum City, a commercial and residential area.

The Busan Cinema Center (Korean: 영화의전당; Hanja: 映畵의殿堂; also called "Dureraum" (두레라움; lit. enjoying seeing movies together) is the official, exclusive venue of the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), where its opening and closing ceremonies take place, located in Centum City, Busan, South Korea. The about US$150 million (KRW 167.85 billion) center opened on September 29, 2011, almost three years after construction began. The building won the International Architecture Award and the Chicago Athenaeum in 2007. As of July 2013, it has the Guinness World Record for the longest cantilever roof. The center was designed by the Austrian architectural design firm Coop Himmelb(l)au and constructed by Hanjin Heavy Industries.

Centum City (Korean: 센텀시티) is a major multi-project urban development part of Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea. It is also one of CBDs in Busan Metropolitan City. This site is at the westernmost area of Haeundae-gu in U-1-dong, Jae-song-dong. The site was originally the place of Suyeong Airport, the former airport of Busan. Centum City can be accessed by Busan Metro Line 2 at Centum City Station.

Oncheon-cheon (also known as the Oncheon Stream or Oncheon River) is a tributary of the Suyeong River in Busan, South Korea. It was previously known as the Seocheon or Dongnaecheon. The source of the river is on Geumjeongsan. It then flows through the built-up area of Busan, passing between Allak-dong (Dongnae District) and Yeonsan-dong (Yeonje District) along the way.In 2003, the Busan municipal government began redevelopment in order to address the stream's environmental issues and provide recreation facilities on its banks. The Oncheon Stream Park along the banks of the river is an excellent place to view the blossoming of cherry trees.

Busanwondong station (Korean: 부산원동역; Hanja: 釜山院洞驛) is a railway station of the Donghae Line between Allak-dong, Dongnae District and Banyeo-dong, Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea. The station is unrelated to the Wondong station of Gyeongbu Railway. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on August 8, 2017 and was opened on March 28, 2020.

WBC The Palace is a complex of two residential skyscrapers in Busan, South Korea consisting of three office towers and one residential tower. Tower 1 and 2 were both completed in 2011.
