Five Wounds Portuguese National Church

Cristo Rey San José Jesuit High School is a private Catholic high school, located in San Jose, California, in the United States. Founded by the California Province of the Society of Jesus in 2014, the school is a member of the Cristo Rey Network of work-study schools for students from low-income families.

28th Street/Little Portugal station is a proposed underground Bay Area Rapid Transit station in the Little Portugal neighborhood of San Jose, California. It would be located north of East Santa Clara Street between North 28th Street and U.S. Route 101, behind Five Wounds Portuguese National Church. Preceded by the Berryessa/North San Jose BART station, it would be the first station of the Phase II portion of the Silicon Valley BART extension. The station would have direct service to Santa Clara, Richmond, and San Francisco/Daly City. In planning, the station was referred to as Alum Rock/28th Street, after the Alum Rock neighborhood to the northeast.

KSJX (1500 AM) is a broadcast radio station licensed to San Jose, California, United States. Owned by Multicultural Broadcasting, the station broadcasts programming in Vietnamese. Founded in 1948 with the call signs KXRX, the station had various music formats in its early decades. The station was locally owned for most of its first 50 years of operation except 1978 to 1991. In the 1970s, KXRX expanded its programming to include news. From 1972 to 1980 and 1987 to 1991, the station was the radio home for San Jose State University sports. After an ownership change, KXRX became KHTT in 1982 and changed its music playlist from middle of the road to current hits. In 1986, KHTT switched to oldies. KSJX has had its current call sign since 1989, when it launched a business news format. In 1992, KSJX began broadcasting in Vietnamese. Multicultural Broadcasting bought KSJX in 1998.

Licensed to San Jose, California, the station serves the San Francisco Bay Area. Since June 2009, KLOK 1170 AM has served the South Asian community. By day, KLOK is powered at 50,000 watts, the maximum for American AM stations. But at night, to protect other stations on 1170 AM, it reduces power to 9,000 watts. It uses a directional antenna in the daytime, helping it cover most of the Bay Area.

The Ernest & Emily Renzel House is a historic residence in San Jose, California. The house is historically significant for its role as the residence of San Jose mayor Ernie Renzel, and for being one of the first Ranch style homes built in the Naglee Park conservation area. It is located at 66 South 14th Street, which previously was 66 South Priest Street.The house was listed on the National Register for its association with Arthur Monroe Free, a United States Congressman. Free lived at the house from 1919 until his death in 1953.However, Donald and Annie Palmer had commissioned the house in 1905 from residential designer, Emily Williams, their "adopted" daughter and partner of their daughter, Lillian McNeill Palmer. The Palmers lived there until they moved to San Francisco around 1909. Lillian Palmer had a workshop in the basement where she practiced her metal art. Emily and Lillian lived in this house on and off.

The Joe Colla Interchange is a highway interchange in San Jose, California, United States, connecting Interstate 280 (I-280), I-680, and U.S. Route 101 (US 101). It is named after Joe Colla, a former councilman of San Jose, who also participated in a stunt in 1976 to protest the interchange's delayed construction.
