Holešovice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈɦolɛʃovɪtsɛ]) is a district in the north of Prague situated on a meander of the River Vltava, which makes up the main part of the district Prague 7 (an insignificant part belongs to Prague 1). In the past it was a heavily industrial suburb; today it is home to the main site of the Prague's National Gallery in Veletržní palác, and National Technical Museum. On the Strossmayer Square lies neo-Gothic Church of St. Anthony of Padua. Holešovice were named as one of the 10 Europe coolest neighborhoods by The Guardian in 2020.

The Negrelli Viaduct (Czech: Negrelliho viadukt by Alois Negrelli, also known as the Karlín Viaduct,), Czech republic, is a railway bridge over the Štvanice island that connects the Masaryk Railway Station in Prague with Bubny. It is historically the first Prague railway bridge over the Vltava and currently it is the second oldest Prague bridge over this river and its thirteenth downstream bridge in the capital.It is also the longest railway bridge and the third longest bridge in the Czech Republic. The viaduct was declared a Czech cultural monument in 1964.

The I. Česky Lawn Tennis Klub Praha (Czech: 1st Czech Lawn Tennis Club Prague) is a tennis club located on Štvanice Island in the center of Prague, Czech Republic. The club was founded in 1893. The current stadium seats 8,000 spectators, and was built to host the 1986 Federation Cup. The club is the home of the Strabag Prague Open, an annual event on the WTA Tour and the ATP Challenger Series.

Praha-Bubny is a railway station located in Prague 7 in the Holešovice cadastral area. Although today it is only served by local trains and with limited passenger facilities, it is one of the largest stations in Prague by area, with 20 tracks and 6 platforms. It is located on track 120, leading from Prague to Kladno. On the northern edge of the station yard, a small halt named Praha-Holešovice zastávka serves trains on track 091 from Prague to Kralupy nad Vltavou. The station is not served directly by any trams or buses, but is 5 minutes walking distance from the tram system and 10 minutes from Vltavská metro station. It is also located a short distance south from the more mainline Praha-Holešovice station.

Stadion Lokomotiva Praha (formerly known as Stadion na Plynárně) is a stadium in Holešovice, Prague, Czech Republic, opened in 1953. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Loko Vltavín. The ground hosted matches in the 2013–14 Czech National Football League.

Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius (Czech: Kostel svatého Cyrila a Metoděje) is a Roman Catholic church in the Karlín district of Prague, Czech Republic. It belongs to the largest religious buildings in the Czech Republic. It was constructed in the mid-19th century and it remains one of the most important architectural landmarks from the period of historicism in the country. The church was built in 1854–1863 to plans by architects Carl Roesner and Vojtěch Ignác Ullmann. Several Czech and Austrian artists contributed to the decoration of the church, led by František Sequens and Josef Mathias Trenkwald. The Church was consecrated on 18 October 1863, on the millennium anniversary of the arrival of Saints Cyril and Methodius to the Bohemian lands. The church has been constructed in the late Neo-Romanesque style as a basilica with highly elevated main nave and two towers. The ground plan contents an entrance hall, three naves and a presbytery with a semicircular apse between two chapels under the towers. The last decoration of baptismal chapel was finished in 1905 in an art nouveau style.

Vltavská (Czech pronunciation: [ˈvl̩tafskaː]) is a Prague Metro station on Line C. The station was opened on 3 November 1984 as part of the extension from Sokolovská (later renamed Florenc) to Fučíkova (later renamed Nádraží Holešovice). It is located nearby a Strossmayer Square, and there are tram stations of the same name above the station. In 2018, complex of the station Vltavská appeared on the commercial for iPhone XR of an American company Apple Inc., among other Prague modern and brutalist buildings.

The Hilton Prague is a hotel in Prague, in the Czech Republic. It is located in the city center, near the Vltava River. The 11-floor hotel was built in 1989 and opened as the "Atrium Hotel Prague". It was designed by Czech architect Stanislav Franc. In 1991 Hilton took over the hotel. It has 791 rooms.The hotel was awarded Best Hotel in the Czech Republic for 2012 and 2013 at the TTG Travel Awards.The Hilton Prague is owned by Avid Asset Management. The hotel was put up for sale in November 2014.The Hilton hotel brand has another property in Prague, the Hilton Prague Old Town.

Štvanice is an island on the Vltava river between the Prague districts of Holešovice and Karlín. At the end of the 17th century, a wooden arena was built there. Until 1816, the island was used for dog hunts involving various animals such as bears, bulls, deer, and cows, although these were repeatedly banned. This is the origin of the island's name, which translates to hunt or chase. In 1931, Štvanice Stadium was built on the island, and originally consisted entirely of wood. This later became the ice skating centre of Prague until its demolition in 2011. Ice Hockey World Championships were held at the stadium four times: in 1933, 1938, 1947, and 1959. It was here that in 1947, the Czechoslovakia men's national ice hockey team won the world championship for the first time.In 1986, a modern tennis arena was built on Štvanice, with nine outdoor and two indoor courts; the central court has a capacity of 8,000 seats and is the annual site of the ATP and WTA Prague Open tournaments. The island also has a roofed skatepark, and as such it is the only place which permits year-round skateboarding in Prague. In 2006, a neighbouring indoor skate bowl was added to the facility. In the eastern part of the island there used to be a public swimming pool, which in the 1990s had a nudist resort. This was of interest for being set up almost directly in the centre of Prague, near a hydropower plant and an adjustable water slalom track. The island is spanned by the Hlávkův bridge and Negrelliho viaduct.

Křižíkova (Czech pronunciation: [ˈkr̝ɪʒiːkova]) is a Prague Metro station on Line B in the Prague district of Karlín. The station was opened on 22 November 1990 as part of the extension from Florenc to Českomoravská. It was severely damaged in the 2002 floods, but was re-opened after being restored the following year. The eponymous street adjacent to the station was named after František Křižík, an engineer and inventor who had his factory near the current station.

Domovina (in Czech: Homeland) is a modernist building in Prague 7-Holešovice. It was built between 1919 and 1922 to house a co-operative of railway workers and conductors. The building was designed by Otto V. Máca a Karel Roštík and is listed as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.On 18 to 23 February 1929, a congress of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia took place in the Domovina hall. Klement Gottwald was elected the chairman of the party. On the facade, there is a plaque commemorating this event.

The Musical Theatre Karlín (Czech: Hudební divadlo Karlín) is a theatre in the Karlín district of Prague devoted largely to the performance of operettas and musical theatre. Built in 1881, it is now the second largest theatre in Prague after the Prague State Opera.
