Lokuti is a village in Saku Parish, Harju County, Estonia, located about 17 km (11 mi) south of the capital Tallinn. It has a population of 95 (as of 1 June 2012).The Tallinn–Rapla (Tallinn–Viljandi) road (nr. 15) passes through Lokuti. The Vääna River flows through the village on its northern side. In 1499 a Lokuta farmstead (Locketal) was mentioned on the site for the first time. Later a support manor of Saku Manor was located here (Paulshof). The nowadays settlement developed in the 1950s. In the 1960s a barn for cows with 448 slots was built.In 2006 there were plans to build 1600 new residential buildings into Lokuti, so the settlement would grow into a small borough with a population of 5000. Since then no building process has taken place.

Luige is a small borough (Estonian: alevik) in Kiili Parish, Harju County, in northern Estonia, located about 12 km (7 mi) south from the centre of Tallinn. As of the 2011 census, the settlement's population was 1280. Luige gained its small borough status on 18 August 2008, before that it was a village. On 1 July 2019, a portion of dissolved Tammejärve village was merged with Luige's territory.

Tammejärve is a village in Saku Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia. It is located between Lake Raku and Tallinn–Viljandi road.

Lake Raku is an artificial lake in Tallinn, Estonia, located between Männiku road and Viljandi highway. It is 3130 meters long, and 1070 meters wide. The average depth is 7,2 meters, and sonar surveys show that the north east part is up to 18,2 meters deep.

It was situated in the central part of the governorate (in present-day northern Estonia). Its capital was Reval (Tallinn), which was the capital of the governorate as well. The territory of Kreis Harrien corresponds to the present-day Harju County and most parts of Rapla County.
