Lake Raku

Raudalu is a subdistrict (Estonian: asum) in the district of Nõmme, Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It covers an area of 2.45 km2 (0.95 sq mi) and has a population of 794 (As of 1 January 2014), population density is 291.8/km2 (755.9/sq mi).

Liiva Cemetery (Estonian: Liiva kalmistu) is a cemetery near Ülemiste Lake, Tallinn, Estonia. Its area is 65 ha.The cemetery was opened in 1935. The cemetery's chapel was also opened in 1935. The chapel was designed by Herbert Johanson. The first burial was politician Hans Martinson.

Tammejärve is a village in Saku Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia. It is located between Lake Raku and Tallinn–Viljandi road.

Männiku (Estonian for "Pine Grove") is a subdistrict (Estonian: asum) in the district of Nõmme, Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It covers an area of 3.70 km2 (1.43 sq mi) and has a population of 5,978 (As of 1 January 2014), population density is 1,626.8/km2 (4,213/sq mi).

Kangru is a small borough (Estonian: alevik) in Kiili Parish, Harju County, Estonia, about 10 km (6 mi) south of Tallinn. It has a population of 431 (as of 2009).Kangru gained its small borough status on 18 August 2008; before that it was a village.

Liiva (Estonian for "Sand") is a subdistrict (Estonian: asum) in the district of Nõmme, Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It covers an area of 3.25 km2 (1.25 sq mi) and has a population of 1,365 (As of 1 January 2014), population density is 398.8/km2 (1,032.8/sq mi). It has a railway station on the Tallinn - Viljandi railway line operated by Elron (rail transit). Liiva cemetery is situated in Liiva.

Luige is a small borough (Estonian: alevik) in Kiili Parish, Harju County, in northern Estonia, located about 12 km (7 mi) south from the centre of Tallinn. As of the 2011 census, the settlement's population was 1280. Luige gained its small borough status on 18 August 2008, before that it was a village. On 1 July 2019, a portion of dissolved Tammejärve village was merged with Luige's territory.

Männiku Stadium (Estonian: Männiku staadion) is a football stadium in Tallinn, Estonia, and the home of FC Nõmme United. The stadium is located about 6 km south of the city centre, in the district of Nõmme. It is part of the Männiku Football Centre.

Järve Centre (Estonian: Järve Keskus) is a shopping centre in southern Tallinn, Estonia. Järve Centre is the biggest shopping centre selling furnishing goods in Estonia, with a gross leasable area of 43,000 square metres containing nearly 111 different shops (including 9 restaurants and cafés). Despite the name of Järve, the centre is located in Nõmme district's Rahumäe subdistrict. The shopping centre has three floors. The biggest shops in the centre are Selver, Aatrium, Tööriistamarket, Sportland, and Diivaniparadiis. Järve Centre opened its doors in 2002. In addition to furnishing goods, Järve Centre offers a large selection of leisure and sporting goods, footwear and clothing, children's goods and different services.

Männiku training area is one of the six military training fields used by the Estonian Defence Forces. It is located just outside the capital of Estonia, Tallinn, in Kiili and Saku municipalities. Its area is 1,246 ha (3,080 acres).

Lake Ülemiste (Estonian: Ülemiste järv) is the largest of the lakes surrounding Tallinn, Estonia. Ülemiste is the main part of the Tallinn water supply system, which supplies the city with most of its drinking water. The lake is fed mostly by Kurna stream and the Pirita River, through the Vaskjala–Ülemiste canal. Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport is located on the eastern shore of the lake and aircraft regularly take off and land over the lake. The airport maintains the necessary equipment ready to salvage in a short time any aircraft that crashes into the lake, as required by International Civil Aviation Organization regulations. The Tallinn Water Company, AS Tallinna Vesi, has a treatment plant on the north shore of the lake which supplies 90% of the water to the city. The remaining 10% comes from ground water wells, which are maintained as a backup in case the lake becomes contaminated. On 18 March 2010, a DHL Antonov An-26 aircraft made an emergency landing on the ice of the lake, leaking about 1 ton of fuel. All of the pollution was eventually removed.Administratively, Lake Ülemiste is part of Tallinn's central district Kesklinn, and constitutes Ülemistejärve subdistrict with its neighbouring forests. As of 1 January 2014, the population of the subdistrict is 203.
