Vaela is a village in Kiili Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia.

Luige is a small borough (Estonian: alevik) in Kiili Parish, Harju County, in northern Estonia, located about 12 km (7 mi) south from the centre of Tallinn. As of the 2011 census, the settlement's population was 1280. Luige gained its small borough status on 18 August 2008, before that it was a village. On 1 July 2019, a portion of dissolved Tammejärve village was merged with Luige's territory.

Kiili Parish (Estonian: Kiili vald) is a rural municipality in Harju County, north-western Estonia. It is located south of Estonia's capital, Tallinn. The population of Kiili Parish is 6,165 (as of 2022) and the area 100.4 km².The administrative centre of Kiili Parish is Kiili borough (alev), with a population of 1,492 (as of 2015). There are also 2 small boroughs (alevikud): Kangru and Luige; and 13 villages (külad) in the parish: Arusta, Kurevere, Lähtse, Metsanurga, Mõisaküla, Nabala, Paekna, Piissoo, Sausti, Sookaera, Sõgula, Sõmeru, Vaela.

Kiili (before 1977: Veneküla) is a borough (Estonian: alev) in Harju County, northern Estonia. It is the administrative center of Kiili Parish. Kiili has a population of 1,492 (as of 2015).

Tammejärve is a village in Saku Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia. It is located between Lake Raku and Tallinn–Viljandi road.

Paekna is a village in Kiili Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia.

Lokuti is a village in Saku Parish, Harju County, Estonia, located about 17 km (11 mi) south of the capital Tallinn. It has a population of 95 (as of 1 June 2012).The Tallinn–Rapla (Tallinn–Viljandi) road (nr. 15) passes through Lokuti. The Vääna River flows through the village on its northern side. In 1499 a Lokuta farmstead (Locketal) was mentioned on the site for the first time. Later a support manor of Saku Manor was located here (Paulshof). The nowadays settlement developed in the 1950s. In the 1960s a barn for cows with 448 slots was built.In 2006 there were plans to build 1600 new residential buildings into Lokuti, so the settlement would grow into a small borough with a population of 5000. Since then no building process has taken place.
