Southpoint Shopping Centre (formerly known as Hillsdale Plaza) is a shopping centre in the suburb of Hillsdale in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Australia, south-east of the CBD.

Corpus Christi College Maroubra is an independent Roman Catholic comprehensive co-educational secondary day school located in Maroubra, an eastern suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The college was founded in 1961 by the Marist Brothers, a Catholic order of teaching brothers founded in France in the early nineteenth century by Saint Marcellin Champagnat. The college, after being known as Marist Brothers Pagewood and later Marist College Pagewood for over 50 years, changed to Champagnat Catholic College Pagewood in 2014 as part of a range of organisational and educational changes initiated by the college. In 2023, the College renamed to Corpus Christi College as part of its transition from a single-sex (all boys) school to co-educational school.

Eastgardens is located 9 km south-east of the Sydney central business district and is part of the Bayside Council. It has a large shopping centre, Westfield Eastgardens at the corner of Wentworth Avenue and Bunnerong Road. Eastgardens is surrounded by the suburbs of Pagewood, Maroubra, Hillsdale and Banksmeadow.

Hensley Athletic Field is primarily a track and field athletics field, home ground of the Randwick-Botany Little Athletics Club and the South Sydney Athletics Club, it is also used as a ground for association football in Sydney, Australia. The track was the first all weather synthetic athletics track in Australia when it was installed in 1973.It is now mainly used for school and association athletics, and association football and the NSW National Premier Leagues where it is the home ground for Dunbar Rovers NPL and Hakoah Sydney City East. The field has a capacity of 1,000 people.

St Spyridon College is a dual-campus independent Greek Orthodox primary and secondary school, in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The College's primary school campus is located in Kingsford and the secondary school campus is located in Maroubra. Established in 1983, the College enrolled approximately 750 students in 2019, from Kindergarten to Year 12, of whom no students identified as Indigenous Australians and 83 percent were from a language background other than English. Administrative oversight of the school is managed by the St Spyridon Parish and Community of South East Sydney in accordance with a curriculum developed by the New South Wales Education Standards Authority.
