Lake Cerrillos

Cerrillos State Forest is one of the 21 state forests in Puerto Rico. It is located in barrio Maragüez, in the municipality of Ponce, and covers 200 cuerdas (190 acres; 0.79 km2) of valleys and mountains in the foothills of the Cordillera Central mountain range. The forest has several trails, observation areas, several picnic areas, complete with gazeebos and a man-made reservoir, Lake Cerrillos and the Lake Cerrillos dam.

Parque Luis A. "Wito" Morales (Luis A. "Wito" Morales Park) is a park in the municipality of Ponce, Puerto Rico. It is part of the Lake Cerrillos Dam recreational area.

Río Bayagán is a river in the municipality of Ponce, Puerto Rico. Bayagán is a tributary of Cerrillos River. It has a length of approximately six kilometers and runs in a southerly direction, mostly along PR-505. It originates in barrio Montes Llanos and runs south through barrio Machuelo Arriba for about nine kilometers until it meets Río Cerrillos. It is part of the Bucaná River watershed. This river is one of the 14 rivers in the municipality.

Callabo is a barrio in the municipality of Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico. Its population in 2010 was 2,237.

Along with Magueyes, Tibes, Montes Llanos, Maragüez, Machuelo Arriba, Sabanetas, and Cerrillos, Portugués is one of the municipality's eight rural interior barrios. It was founded in 1831.

The Guayo River (Spanish: Río Guayo) is a river near barrio Collores in the municipality of Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico.

The Tibes Indigenous Ceremonial Center (Spanish: Centro Ceremonial Indígena de Tibes) in Sector La Vega de Taní, Barrio Tibes, Ponce, Puerto Rico, houses one of the most important archaeological discoveries made in the Antilles. The discovery provides an insight as to how the indigenous tribes of the Igneri and Taínos lived and played during and before the arrival of Christopher Columbus to the New World. Tibes is the oldest Antillean Indian ceremonial and sports complex yet uncovered in Puerto Rico. Within its boundaries is also the largest indigenous cemetery discovered to date – consisting of 186 human skeletons, most from the Igneri and the rest from the pre-Taíno cultures. Based on the orientation of the ceremonial plazas, this is also believed to be the oldest astronomical observatory in the Antilles. The museum was established in 1982 and restored in 1991.
