Wellingborough

The All Hallows Church is a Church of England parish church in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The church is a Grade I listed building.

The Borough of Wellingborough was a non-metropolitan district and borough in Northamptonshire, England, from 1974 to 2021. It was named after Wellingborough, its main town, but also included surrounding rural areas. The local council preferred to call itself the "Borough Council of Wellingborough" rather than the more usual form "Wellingborough Borough Council". The borough covered almost the same area as the Wellingborough constituency. It was formed on 1 April 1974, under the Local Government Act 1972, by a merger of the borough of Wellingborough with Wellingborough Rural District. The borough bordered the districts of South Northamptonshire, Northampton, Kettering, Daventry and East Northamptonshire, as well as Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire, and Bedford in Bedfordshire.

The Swansgate Shopping Centre is a shopping centre in the town centre of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, England. It is the second largest shopping centre in Northamptonshire after the Grosvenor Centre in Northampton. It was built in the early 1970s and was originally known as the Arndale Centre.

Sir Christopher Hatton Academy (formerly Sir Christopher Hatton School) is an 11–18 mixed, secondary school and sixth form with academy status in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, England. It was established in 1983 and is part of the Hatton Academies Trust. It is named after Sir Christopher Hatton, a prominent Tudor politician and courtier of Queen Elizabeth I.

Wellingborough is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament. The seat is currently vacant, after the recall of MP Peter Bone in December 2023. The vacancy is to be filled in an upcoming by-election. Following the 2023 Periodic Review of Westminster constituencies, the seat will be replaced by Wellingborough and Rushden at the next general election.

Wellingborough School is a co-educational day private school in the market town of Wellingborough in Northamptonshire. It was established in 1595 and is one of the oldest schools in the country. The school today consists of a Prep school (ages 3–10) Senior school (ages 11–16) and a sixth form (ages 16–18).

Hatton Park was a cricket ground in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1873, when Wellingborough played a United North of England Eleven. It was a United North of England Eleven that played a United South of England Eleven in the grounds only first-class match. The final recorded match held on the ground came in 1884 when Northamptonshire played Essex.

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church is a Roman Catholic parish church in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, England. It was built from 1884 to 1886 by Samuel Joseph Nicholl in the Gothic Revival style. It is located on Raneleigh Road, between Knox Road and Palk Road to the east of the town centre. It is a Grade II listed building.

It was previously owned and managed by Borough of Wellingborough.A stream runs through this site, which has woodland and grassland. Facilities include a cycle path, seating and information boards.There is access from Hardwick Road and The Promenade.
