Argenbühl is a municipality in the district of Ravensburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. No actual town or urban settlement is called Argenbühl; rather, the municipality is an administrative amalgamation of several neighbouring villages with different names. The municipal administrative headquarters are located in the village of Eisenharz, with local branch offices also in the villages of Christazhofen, Eglofs, and Ratzenried.Geographically, it lies in the western part of the Prealpine region of the Allgäu, which in turn is part of the larger geographical region of Swabia in southern Germany. Argenbühl borders the municipalities of Kißlegg and Leutkirch im Allgäu to the north, Wangen im Allgäu to the west, Isny im Allgäu to the east, and the Bavarian municipalities of Hergatz, Heimenkirch, Röthenbach (Allgäu), and Gestratz to the south. The name comes from the Argen River, whose two main constituent streams delimit part of the municipality's borders, and Bühl, which is a Southern German word for "hill", reflecting the municipality's hilly landscape.

The Badsee area is a Naturschutzgebiet (nature reserve) in the northwest of the town of Isny im Allgäu and northeast of the municipality of Argenbühl, Baden-Württemberg in Germany, designated by decree of January 21, 1991 by the Regional Council of Tübingen. Badsee has NSG number of 4.178.

Kißlegg (Kisslegg) is a town in the district of Ravensburg in Baden-Württemberg in Germany. Kißlegg is not far from the village of Vogt. It has a beautiful church, rich in culture and beauty.

The Parish Church of St Gallus and Ulrich is a Roman Catholic church in Kißlegg, Germany. It was built in 1734-1738 by Johann Georg Fischer through the conversion of a Gothic church predecessor. The tower, which survives from the original construction, is from the twelfth or thirteenth century. It was extensively renovated between 1974 and 1980. The church contains a Madonna of 1623 (attributed to Hans Zürn the Elder), a baroque pulpit of divination Johann Wilhelm (1745) and numerous tombs of the 16th and 17th century. The church also has a valuable treasure of silver (1741-1755) from the workshop of the Augsburg silversmith Franz Christoph Mäderl. The church also contains a purported relic of Saint Clemens that is in fact an example of a so-called catacomb saint, a corpse that has been taken from the Roman Catacombs, decorated, given a fictitious name, and presented as the relic of a Roman Catholic saint.

Herlazhofen is a village in the South-German region Allgäu. It is part of the town Leutkirch im Allgäu. The population is approximately 1000 inhabitants.

Wangen im Allgäu (Low Alemannic: Wãnge) is a historic city in southeast Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It lies north-east of Lake Constance in the Westallgäu. It is the second-largest city (population: 26,927 in 2020) in the Ravensburg district and is a nexus for the surrounding communities. From 1938 to 1972, Wangen was the county seat of the Wangen rural district.

The Natural Science and Technical Academy Isny (German: Naturwissenschaftlich-Technische Akademie Isny, NTA or NTA Isny) is a privately run, state-approved German university focusing in applied sciences, located in Isny im Allgäu. Since its founding in 1945, it has had a steadily expanding scope, including food chemistry (1967, expanded 1994 to include environmental analysis), physical electronics (1968), pharmaceutical chemistry (1972), and computer science (1992). The university claims that the physical electronics and pharmaceutical chemistry programs are unique in Germany.

Heimenkirch station is a railway station in the town of Heimenkirch, located in Bayern, Germany. It is owned and operated by Deutsche Bahn. The station lies on the Buchloe–Lindau railway and the train services are operated by DB Regio Bayern.

Isny im Allgäu (Low Alemannic: Isny im Allgai) is a town in south-eastern Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is part of the district of Ravensburg, in the western, Württembergish part of the Allgäu region. Isny was a Free Imperial City (Freie Reichsstadt) until the mediatisation of 1803.

Leutkirch station is the station of the town of Leutkirch im Allgäu in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. It is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 5 station and has two platform tracks. The station is located on the network of the Bodensee-Oberschwaben Verkehrsverbund (Lake Constance-Upper Swabia Transport Association, bodo) and belongs to fare zone 68. The address of the station is Bahnhof 1. The station was opened on 1 September 1872 as the terminus of the Württemberg Allgäu Railway. On 14 August 1874, with the opening of the line to Isny, it became a through station. In preparation for the opening of the line to Memmingen on 2 October 1889 when Leutkirch became a railway junction, the current station building was built between the diverging tracks.
