Bintaro Jaya is a planned township located in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. It is developed by PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (formerly PT Bintaro Jaya). The development of the township began within South Jakarta in 1979 and is expanded further to South Tangerang in Banten province. The township is built as a satellite city for Jakarta, with a total land area of about 1000 hectares. The name Bintaro is derived from the Bintaro Village, which also takes the name of Bintaro plant (Cerbera manghas), whereas Jaya came from the name of the developer.

Pondok Ranji Station (PRJ) is a railway station on the KRL Commuterline Green Line in East Ciputat, South Tangerang. On August 20, 2020, Minister of Transportation, Budi Karya Sumadi, attended the Groundbreaking New Image and Accessibility Improvement of Pondok Ranji Station. The inauguration is the start of the construction or renovation of Pondok Ranji station. In January 2022, the renovations have finished and Pondok Ranji station has a new shape.The station is located at the elevation of +25 metres above sea level. Pondok Ranji is one of two stations serving the Bintaro housing area, along with Jurangmangu, located about 2 kilometers southwest.

Pondok Indah Mall (Indonesian: Mal Pondok Indah) or PIM is a large shopping complex located in the Pondok Indah suburb of South Jakarta, Indonesia. The Pondok Indah Mall complex (referred to by Jakartans as "PIM") comprises three large buildings, the older 3-storey PIM1 and the 5-storey PIM2, and the newest building PIM3. PIM 1 and PIM2 are interconnected via two elevated multi-storey pedestrian walkways (Skywalk North and Skywalk South), which also tenanted by specialty shops. PIM3, which was officially opened on April 8, 2021, is connected to the other two buildings by an underpass. In January 2017, Forbes recognised Pondok Indah Mall as one of the top five shopping malls in Jakarta.

The shopping mall, Sheraton Grand Gandaria City hotel, apartment towers and office tower are all directly connected. The development has a land area of about 8.5 hectares.

Pondok Indah is an upscale residential area in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Indonesia. Dubbed the Beverly Hills of Indonesia, this is a much sought-after suburb by expatriates, conglomerates, celebrities, and government officials. This area was built by the Metropolitan Kentjana Group in the 70s into the most prestigious and complete residential complex and commercial area in Indonesia. Houses in this suburb can run upwards to millions of U.S. dollars. Many mansions in the area comprise one to three floors, with designated quarters for household staff. Many of the larger mansions are inhabited by wealthy Indonesians. The 'Jakarta Post' estimates that 74.5% of residents in Pondok Indah are expatriates, following their annual survey of Indonesia. Lebak Bulus MRT Station (or Lebak Bulus Grab MRT Station, with Grab granted for naming rights) is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. Located in the South Jakarta, it is the terminus of the North-South Line, however the track does continue east, towards Lebak Bulus Depot. This station is connected with TransJakarta Corridor 8 bus rapid transit route.

The station is located on Jalan RS Fatmawati 58,Pulo, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, between Blok M BCA and Haji Nawi stations, and has the station code BLA. The station is close to Blok A of Kebayoran Baru, as well as Blok A market (Pasar Blok A).

Haji Nawi Station is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. The station is located on Jalan RS Fatmawati 58, Gandaria Selatan, Cilandak, South Jakarta, between Blok A and Cipete Raya stations, and has the station code HJN. The station is named after Jalan Haji Nawi Raya (Haji Nawi Raya Street) nearby, which in turn is named after Haji Nawi, a Betawi merchant who was the wealthiest person in Gandaria area and owned lands in the station's surrounding areas.

Cipete Raya Station is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. The station is located on Jalan RS Fatmawati, Gandaria Selatan, Cilandak, South Jakarta, between Haji Nawi and Fatmawati Indomaret stations, and has the station code CPR. Close to the station is Jalan Cipete Raya (Cipete Raya Street), hence its name.

Blok M MRT Station (or Blok M BCA MRT Station, with BCA granted for naming rights) is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. The station is located on Jalan Panglima Polim Raya, Melawai, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, between ASEAN and Blok A stations. Unlike other stations on the MRT network, it has three tracks, with two island platforms. Blok M BCA Station has a direct connection to adjacent Plaza Blok M, and will be integrated with Blok M Bus Terminal and Blok M station of TransJakarta nearby. Due to its location at Blok M of Kebayoran Baru, the station is close to shopping centers such as Mal Blok M, Blok M Square and Pasaraya Grande as well as Plaza Blok M itself.

Blok M is a business and shopping quarter located in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Indonesia. It runs east from Iskandarsyah street to Bulungan street in the west. North from Falatehan street to Melawai street in the south. The development is similar to some of the developments near Kota, West Jakarta. On daily basis crowds of people throng its street, and even more so during night time. Much of the popularity of the quarter is due to the prices of goods (which are often low due to the relatively inexpensive property costs for vendors), and the night life.
