Japan Robot Association

The Japan Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association (一般社団法人 日本建設機械工業会, Ippan Shadanhōjin Nihon Kensetsu Kikai Kōgyō-kai), or CEMA, is a trade association which represents construction equipment manufacturers in Japan. The association often responds to inquiries from media and researchers on the state of the manufacturing business environment in Japan.

The Tokyo Tower (東京タワー, Tōkyō tawā, officially called 日本電波塔 Nippon denpatō "Japan Radio Tower") is a communications and observation tower in the Shiba-koen district of Minato, Tokyo, Japan, built in 1958. At 332.9 meters (1,092 ft), it is the second-tallest structure in Japan. The structure is an Eiffel Tower-inspired lattice tower that is painted white and international orange to comply with air safety regulations. The tower's main sources of income are tourism and antenna leasing. Over 150 million people have visited the tower. FootTown, a four-story building directly under the tower, houses museums, restaurants, and shops. Departing from there, guests can visit two observation decks. The two-story Main Deck (formerly known as the Main Observatory) is at 150 meters (490 ft), while the smaller Top Deck (formerly known as the "Special Observatory") reaches a height of 249.6 meters (819 ft). The names were changed following renovation of the top deck in 2018. The tower is repainted every five years, taking a year to complete the process. In 1961, transmission antennae were added to the tower. They are used for radio and television broadcasting and now broadcast signals for Japanese media outlets such as NHK, TBS, and Fuji TV. The height of the tower was not suitable for Japan's planned terrestrial digital broadcasting planned for July 2011 for the Tokyo area. A taller digital broadcasting tower, known as Tokyo Skytree, was completed on 29 February 2012. Since its completion in 1958, Tokyo Tower has become a prominent landmark in the city, and frequently appears in media set in Tokyo.

Tokyo One Piece Tower was an indoor theme park for the popular Japanese manga series, One Piece. It opened on March 13, 2015 inside Tokyo Tower. Since its opening, it underwent a partial renovation and reopened on June 18, 2016. It offered several games and attractions based on characters of the Straw Hat Crew from One Piece, entertainment shows, merchandise shops and themed restaurants, and seasonal events and campaigns. The core concept is that the whole park was an island in the New World called Tongari Island (トンガリ島), that the Straw Hat Crew landed on, and they created games and attractions for their fans with the islanders. The island's leader is Tongari Den Den Mushi who frequently appeared as the guide in some attractions and the website. Tongari (トンガリ) means "pointed" or "sharp" in Japanese and it refers to the shape of Tokyo Tower. In 2016, it ranked 7th in TripAdvisor 2016 Traveler's Choice Top 10 Amusement Parks in the Japan region. The park closed down permanently on July 31, 2020, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on its management.

St. Andrew's Cathedral, Tokyo (聖アンデレ主教座聖堂) is the Cathedral Church of the Tokyo Diocese of the Anglican Church in Japan (Nippon Sei Ko Kai). The Diocese of Tokyo is one of eleven dioceses within the Anglican Church in Japan. There are over forty churches and chapels in the diocese with many church buildings, such as St. Andrew's, tracing their foundation back to the second half of the nineteenth century.

Tofuya Ukai is a luxury tofu restaurant in Minato, Tokyo, located near Tokyo Tower. It is part of the Ukai group chain of restaurants.

The NOA building is a landmark 15-storey building located in Tokyo’s Azabu district in Minato. Designed by Japanese architect Seiichi Shirai, it was built in 1974. Facing Sakurada Street and Gaien-Higashi Street, the building is notable for its extensive use of brick stones and large entrance. It consists of a red-brick base of about 8 meters height and a copper sulfate shaped as an elliptical cylinder upper part with almost no windows (with only a full-length one on the 8th or 9th floor), and hosts the Embassy of Fiji. It has a height of 61.75 meters, with 15 floors above and 2 below ground. The design of the building was entrusted to Seiichi Shirai by founder Yoshitsuru Nagao, whose real estate corporation was founded in 1969. The building was completed in 1974.

Kamiyachō Station (神谷町駅, Kamiyachō-eki) is a subway station in Minato, Tokyo operated by Tokyo Metro. The Station Number is H-05.

Azabudai (麻布台) is a district of Minato, Tokyo, Japan. It consists of 1 to 3-chōme. The Russian Embassy School in Tokyo is located in Azabudai.The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Japan is located in Azabudai.

The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Tokyo (Dari: په جاپان کې د افغانستان سفارت : Pashto: سفارت افغانستان در ژاپن ; Japanese: 駐日アフガニスタン大使館) is the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan's diplomatic mission to Japan. It is also accredited to the Philippines and Singapore. The embassy is located in Minato-ku, Tokyo. The current Afghan ambassador to Japan is Shaida Mohammad Abdali, who presented his credentials in May 2021.

Zōjō-ji (増上寺) is a Jōdo-shū Buddhist temple in Tokyo, Japan. It is the main temple of the Jōdo-shū ("Pure Land") Chinzei sect of Buddhism in the Kantō region,. Its mountain name is San'en-zan (三縁山). Zōjō-ji is notable for its relationship with the Tokugawa clan, the rulers of Japan during the Edo period, with six of the Tokugawa shōguns being buried in the Taitoku-in Mausoleum in the temple grounds. Also, the temple's Sangedatsumon (main gate) is the oldest wooden building in Tokyo, dating from 1622. The original buildings, temples, mausoleums and the cathedral were destroyed by fire, natural disasters or air raids during World War II.It is located in the Shiba neighborhood of Minato. The Shiba Park is built around the temple, with the Tokyo Tower standing beside it. In 2015 a Treasure Gallery was opened on the underground level of the Daiden (great hall), and it currently houses paintings of Kanō Kazunobu and a model of the Taitoku-in Mausoleum.

The National Institute of Natural Sciences (自然科学研究機構, Shizenkagaku kenkyuukikou) (NINS) is an inter-university research institute corporation consisting of five member institutes: the National Astronomical Observatory (NAOJ), the National Institute for fusion Science (NIFS), the National Institute for Basic Biology (NIBB), the National Institute for Physiological Sciences (NIPS), and the Institutes for Molecular Sciences (IMS). NINS was established in April 2004 to bring about further development of the natural sciences in Japan.

Atago Green Hills (愛宕グリーンヒルズ, Atago Gurīn Hiruzu) is an urban complex, located in Atago, Minato-ku in central Tokyo between the Kamiyacho and Onarimon subway stations. Constructed by building tycoon Minoru Mori, the complex incorporates offices, residences, shops, gardens, temples and museum.
