Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, centrally located in the Village of Southampton, New York, is a 125-bed hospital accredited by the Joint Commission. A location of Stony Brook Medicine, Stony Brook Southampton Hospital is a New York State-designated Stroke Center and the home of the first Level III Trauma Center on the East End of Long Island. The hospital admits more than 6,000 patients annually and has about 25,000 emergency department visits each year (about 50% during the summer season). The hospital officially became part of the Stony Brook Medicine healthcare system on August 1, 2017.

Capt. C. Goodale House is a historic home located at Southampton in Suffolk County, New York. It was built in 1875 and is a large 2+1⁄2-story, five bay residence with an original 2-story (flat roofed) rear wing and smaller period wing. It features a central entrance pavilion, mansard roof, and wraparound porch. It is an example of Second Empire architecture. Also on the property is a contributing privy.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Balcastle is a historic home located at Southampton in Suffolk County, New York. It was built in 1910 and is a large 1-story, five-bay, brick-sheathed residence with a small 1+1⁄2-story octagonal tower on the west side and large, 2-story square tower on the east side. It is an example of castellated Gothic architecture. Also on the property is a small, wood-frame hexagonal garden pavilion.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The magazine was subsequently published by Niche Media, which was founded in 1998 by Jason Binn, and has an approximate circulation of 40,000 – 50,000 copies, distributed all over The Hamptons. Niche Media was renamed GreenGale Publishing in 2015. GreenGale was acquired by Modern Luxury in 2017. In February 2018, Anetta Nowosielska was named as the editor-in-chief of the magazine. Phebe Wahl took over as editor-in-chief in July 2020.

The Halsey House is a historic house converted into a museum, in Southampton, New York. It was built circa 1683 by Thomas Halsey Jr., the son of pioneer Thomas Halsey Sr.The house has been restored, and is open to the public as a museum. It is filled with many of the same items that were owned by Thomas Halsey's family and other relics. The collection on display includes 17th- and 18th-century furnishings, a Dominy clock, and a rare 16th-century Breeches Bible, this version speaks of Adam and Eve wearing "breeches made of fig leaves." The Halsey estate in Southampton, New York, includes herb and flower gardens and an orchard that are overseen by the Southampton Colonial Society. The Halsey House is also a common gathering place for social events and a variety of programs open to the public.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, and its boundaries were increased in 1993 by what was termed the Lewis Street Expansion Area.It includes the James L. Breese House which is separately listed on the National Register.

The Water Mill Museum is a historic water mill and local history museum located at 41 Old Mill Road, Water Mill in Suffolk County, New York, USA. It is a 2-story, heavy wood-frame structure with a wood-shingle exterior and composed of two building sections. There is a 2-story, square-shaped main section and 1-story, one-bay wing. Attached to the rear is a 2+1⁄2-story tower and 1-story glassed-in porch. The mill structure dates to the mid-17th century. It operated as a mill until the early 20th century. It is now a local museum.This local history Museum opens around Memorial Day every year, offering family-friendly exhibits all about this historical hamlet, founded in 1644. Events and experiences abound! The Museum is free, and first floor is handicapped accessible.
