Horseley Fields Junction (grid reference SO923986) is a canal junction at the western limit of the Wyrley and Essington Canal where it meets the BCN Main Line, at Horseley Fields east of Wolverhampton, in the West Midlands, England.

The Chillington Iron Works opened in 1822. Foster, Rastrick and Company in Stourbridge played a role in equipping the works. An extensive 2 ft 6 in (762 mm) gauge tramway connected the ironworks with the Birmingham canal at Chillington Wharf, but had disappeared by the turn of the century. Steam locomotives from John Smith Village Foundry at Coven, were purchased for use on the line.

Wolverhampton power station, also known as Commercial Road power station, supplied electricity to the Borough of Wolverhampton, England and the surrounding area from 1895 to 1976. It was redeveloped in several stages to meet growing demand for electricity: including the addition of new plant in 1902 to 1908, 1925 and 1942. The power station was initially owned and operated by Wolverhampton Corporation, but was transferred to the West Midlands Joint Electricity Authority in 1928. The British Electricity Authority assumed ownership at nationalisation in 1948. Wolverhampton power station was decommissioned in 1976.

Wolverhampton Steel Terminal is a small intermodal depot in the city of Wolverhampton, England. The depot is served by a spur of the Rugby-Birmingham-Stafford Line – the mainline through the West Midlands. It can also be accessed by road, which makes it a useful point for transferring steel between road and rail transport. The terminal is run by rail freight company DBS(I)

Chillington Wharf is a now derelict intermodal cargo interchange to the east of the city of Wolverhampton, England. It was built by the Chillington Iron Company.

The Royal tram stop is a tram stop in Wolverhampton, England. Opened on 31 May 1999, it is situated on West Midlands Metro Line 1. The stop is named after the Royal Hospital, which closed in 1997. It is the only intermediate stop on the northern street-running stretch of the West Midlands Metro line, and is located in the central reservation of the A41 Bilston Road.

Wolverhampton Low Level was a railway station on Sun Street, in Springfield, Wolverhampton, England. It was built by the Great Western Railway (GWR), on their route from London Paddington to Birkenhead, via Birmingham Snow Hill. It was the most northerly broad-gauge station on the GWR network.

Horseley Fields is an inner city area of Wolverhampton, situated to the east of the city centre, bordering Springfield, Heath Town, Eastfield, Monmore Green and All Saints.

Heath Town is a district of the City of Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England, located east of the city centre. It is also a ward of City of Wolverhampton Council. The ward forms part of the Wolverhampton North East constituency. Heath Town ward borders the wards of Bushbury South and Low Hill, Fallings Park, Wednesfield North, Wednesfield South, East Park and St Peter's. Monmore Green railway station was a railway station built by the London and North Western Railway on their Stour Valley Line in 1863. It served the Monmore Green area of Wolverhampton, and was located near to the junction of Bilston Road and Landport Road. The station closed in 1916, although the Rugby-Birmingham-Stafford Line loop from the West Coast Main Line still runs through the site of the station today. As you pass along this stretch of track, the exact position of the station is coincident with a widening of the track-side paraphernalia, most defined on the eastern track edge.
