Goodrich F.C. are a football club based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England. They joined the West Midlands (Regional) League Division One North in 1997, having emerged from local works football. Since 2004/05 they have played in the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division.

Thomas Telford University Technical College (formerly West Midlands Construction UTC) is a mixed University Technical College (UTC) located in Wolverhampton, England. It opened in 2015, and is located on a former National Health Service site, which was vacated in 2012.

Bushbury North is a ward of Wolverhampton City Council, West Midlands, England. It is situated to the north of the city centre, on the city's border with South Staffordshire. As well as South Staffordshire, Bushbury North borders the Fallings Park, Bushbury South and Low Hill and Oxley wards, and forms part of the Wolverhampton North East constituency. It contains the northern part of Bushbury as well as Fordhouses. The National Trust property of Moseley Old Hall is nearby, over the border in Staffordshire, but can only be reached from Bushbury North. Northicote Secondary school is situated in the ward: it was briefly in the national spotlight in 1998 when its headteacher became the first of a Comprehensive school to receive a knighthood.

i54 South Staffordshire is a 98-hectare (240-acre) UK technology-based business park located at Junction 2 on the M54 Motorway in the West Midlands, on the boundary of South Staffordshire and Wolverhampton. i54 South Staffordshire is a £50 million pound joint venture partnership between Staffordshire County Council, City of Wolverhampton Council and South Staffordshire Council. It benefits from Enterprise Zone Status and falls within the Black Country Enterprise Zone. The site entrance is at Junction 2 of the M54 Motorway, just to the west of the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal. The site is home to several manufacturing companies including MOOG Aerospace, Eurofins Laboratories, International Security Printers (ISP) and the home of the £500 million UK advance engine manufacturing facility of Jaguar Land Rover. The regeneration project is a joint venture between City of Wolverhampton Council, Staffordshire County Council and South Staffordshire Council.

Wolverhampton Casuals Football Club are a football club based in Featherstone, near Wolverhampton, England. Established in 1899, they are currently members of the Midland League Premier Division. They play their home games at Brinsford Lane, and also compete in the Walsall Senior Cup – a competition they last won in 2000–01.

Ormiston NEW Academy (formerly North East Wolverhampton Academy) is a mixed secondary school and sixth form located in the Fordhouses area of Wolverhampton in the West Midlands of England.

Bushbury is a suburban village and ward in The City of Wolverhampton in the West Midlands, England. It lies two miles north-east of Wolverhampton city centre, divided between the Bushbury North and Bushbury South and Low Hill wards. Bushbury also lies near to the villages of Coven, Featherstone and Four Ashes which are in South Staffordshire. Bushbury is a mixed area of private and council owned houses, built since the 1920s, and lies in the shadow and on the slope of Bushbury Hill.

Oxley is a suburb of Wolverhampton, West Midlands, and a ward of the City of Wolverhampton Council. Its area code is WV10. It is situated in the north of the city, bordering South Staffordshire and the Bushbury North, Bushbury South and Low Hill, St Peter's and Tettenhall Regis wards. It forms part of the Wolverhampton North East constituency.

HM Prison Oakwood is a Category C prison in Featherstone, Staffordshire, England. First opened in April 2012, the prison is operated by G4S and was primed to be in full operation by autumn 2012. Originally called Featherstone 2 and designed to be a titan prison, it was downsized to hold up to 1,605 prisoners with construction starting in August 2009. It was built in a modular fashion, the first time this had been done in the UK. Following the announcement that it would be contracted out to a private company along with HMP Birmingham, the Prison Officers Association threatened industrial action. The prison also received heavy criticism following a surprise inspection by HM Inspector of Prisons; a report published by the inspectorate in October 2013 identified several issues of concern, including a high level of violence.

The Goodyear chimney was a landmark on the Goodyear factory on Stafford Road, Wolverhampton, England. It was 200 feet (60 m) high and weighed 3,000 long tons (3,000 t). Work started on building the chimney in October 1927, with the mayor of Wolverhampton laying the first brick. In 2008 the factory and chimney were demolished. An Oxley primary school pupil and a former Goodyear worker had the privilege of pressing the firing button.

Bushbury railway station was a railway station opened by the London and North Western Railway on 2 August 1852. It served the Bushbury area of Wolverhampton, and near to the junction of Showell Road and Bushbury Lane. The station was located within the Bushbury Junction complex, and was between the Grand Junction line to Wednesfield Heath and the later Stour Valley Line to Wolverhampton High Level; and just to the north of the connecting line to Wolverhampton Low Level. The station closed in 1912.

Moreton School is a co-educational secondary school located one-mile north east of Wolverhampton City Centre in the West Midlands of England. The school accommodates over 700 pupils.
