Centrum LIM

The Lilium Tower, designed by Zaha Hadid, is a planned skyscraper to be built in Warsaw, Poland. When it is completed, it will surpass the Palace of Culture and Science as the tallest building in Poland at 260 metres (850 ft).

The Chałubińskiego 8 (formerly known as Elektrim and INTRACO II, then Oxford Tower) is a skyscraper located in Warsaw on 8 Chałubiński Street next to the Centrum LIM skyscraper.It was constructed from 1975 to 1978, from the design of Jerzy Skrzypczak, H. Świergocka-Kaim, and Wojciech Grzybowski. The skyscraper is a blue-white building whose styling was designed and constructed to appeal to an international audience. A similar second building, called Intraco I, was built a few years earlier and is located at Stawki Street. The Oxford Tower building was one of the first, along with the Forum Hotel (now the Novotel Warszawa Centrum) and Intraco 1, of several skyscrapers in Warsaw. The skyscraper is part of the so-called Center West; built in order to hide, and therefore weaken, the dominance of the pre-existing Palace of Culture and Science. The Oxford Tower consists of Class B office space which houses offices of companies such as Citibank Handlowy, Minex, Grappahl, Polservice, and AV investor Polferries. The headquarters of Elektrim was formerly housed in this building.

Warszawa Centralna, in English known as Warsaw Central, is the primary railway station in Warsaw, Poland. Completed in 1975, the station is located on the Warsaw Cross-City Line and features four underground island platforms with eight tracks in total. It is served by the long-distance domestic and international trains of PKP Intercity and Polregio as well as some of the regional trains operated by Koleje Mazowieckie. Adjacent to the north side of the building is a bus station that serves as the central hub for night bus lines, and Złote Tarasy shopping center.

St. Barbara Church (Polish: Kościół Świętej Barbary) is a Roman Catholic church in the Śródmieście district of Warsaw, Poland.

Central Tower (formerly FIM Tower and ORCO Tower) is a modernist office skyscraper located in the Ochota district of Warsaw, Poland. It is in close proximity to Warsaw Central Station. ORCO Tower is a landmark building, high B+ Class property constructed in 1995. The building has 26 floors and 14 400 m2 of high space.

The Złote Tarasy (Golden Terraces) is a commercial, office, and entertainment complex in the center of Warsaw, Poland, located next to the Warszawa Centralna railway station between the Jana Pawła II and Emilii Plater streets. It opened on 7 February 2007.

Warszawa Śródmieście railway station is a railway station in Warsaw, Poland, in the district of Śródmieście. The station serves the suburban (southern) tracks of the Warsaw Cross-City Line and is used by regional trains run by Koleje Mazowieckie (KM) and Szybka Kolej Miejska (SKM). There are two side platforms and one island platform serving two tracks, all located in a tunnel. It was built on the principle of the Spanish solution, whereas the centre platform would be using for the arriving passengers only and the side platforms for departing passengers only. The separation was enforced by access controls to the centre platform (discontinued in 1960s), location of ticket offices next to side platforms only, and opening trains' doors on the centre platform side first and on the side platform side with a delay. The separation was in operation until the 1980s.

Warszawa Śródmieście WKD is the city terminus of the Warszawska Kolej Dojazdowa (WKD) suburban light rail line in Warsaw. It is situated in Aleje Jerozolimskie to the south-west of Warszawa Centralna railway station. The station was opened on 8 December 1963. The station platform is located below the ground level to the south of the approach tracks to Warszawa Centralna, which can be seen from the platform. The station has an unusual layout and method of operation, with a single long platform alongside the southern (city-bound) track. Inbound trains stop at the west end of the platform to unload passengers, before pulling forward to the east end to allow boarding. Once trains are ready to depart, they do so via a mid-platform cross-over onto the northern track. The station has no above ground buildings, save for concrete shelters offering some weather protection to the staircases linking the platform to the street. Alternative access is provided via an underground shopping mall, which connects the station to Warszawa Centralna and the street-level tram stops. Warszawa Śródmieście WKD station should not be confused with its near namesake Warszawa Śródmieście PKP station, which is a Polskie Koleje Państwowe (Polish State Railway) suburban station situated to the east of Warszawa Centralna.

The Warsaw Fotoplastikon is a stereoscopic theatre based on the Kaiserpanorama system of rotating stereoscopic images located in Warsaw, Poland. Operating at the same location since 1905, it is the oldest stereoscopic theatre in Europe still in business at its original location. Today it is operates as a branch of the Museum of the Warsaw Uprising.

The Congress Hall (Polish: Sala Kongresowa) is a 2,880-seat theatre at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, Poland. It was opened in 1955 as the location of Polish United Workers' Party congresses.

Złota 44 is a residential skyscraper (192 meters high, 52 stories) in central Warsaw, Poland. It was designed by Polish-American architect Daniel Libeskind, in association with Polish architects Architecture. It was developed by US real estate investment manager Amstar and Warsaw developer BBI Development, which bought the topped-out but unfinished building from its initial developer, ORCO.

Muzeum Techniki w Warszawie is a museum in Warsaw, Poland. It was established in 1955. It is located in the Palace of Culture & Science. Exhibits include motorbikes, aeroplanes, 19th century musical boxes, and historic cars.
