Morley Senior High School is an Independent Public high school located in Noranda, a northern suburb of Perth, Western Australia. The school provides an education to approximately 1,400 students from Year 7 to Year 12.

Malaga () is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, approximately 11 kilometres north of the CBD, in the City of Swan. Early real estate development occurred in the decade before the first world war.

Lightning Swamp Bushland is a 71.3-hectare (176-acre) area of natural bush and wetlands in Noranda, Western Australia, a suburb of Perth. It is bounded by Reid Highway to the north, Malaga Drive to the west and south, Matthews Close to the south and Lightning Park Recreation Centre to the east. It is classified as an A class reserve.The reserve contains several wetlands, one in the north-east and several in the south-east and south-west of the reserve. The north-eastern wetland is a Conservation Class 4 wetland. It contains water year-round due to its peaty clay base. It is a perched wetland (meaning it is not connected to groundwater), which is somewhat rare for the Swan Coastal Plain. The south-eastern and south-western wetlands are seasonal. An open stormwater drain managed by the Water Corporation flows along the length of the reserve and through them. This drain eventually flows into Bennett Brook.Lightning Swamp Bushland was first reserved in 1963 as part of the initial edition of the Metropolitan Region Scheme. At the time, the surrounding area was undeveloped. The name comes from the lightning-attracting ironstone in the area. The adjacent suburb of Malaga takes its name from the Aboriginal name for ironstone. Prior to 2008, Lightning Swamp Bushland was only an unofficial name for the reserve, with the official name being "Lot 3003 Crown Reserve 46880", but in 2008, the Geographical Names Committee approved a request by the Cities of Bayswater and Swan to rename the reserve to its current name.From 2000 to 2016, Lightning Swamp Bushland was part of the City of Swan, but managed by the City of Bayswater. On 1 July 2016, the portion of Noranda that was in the City of Swan was transferred to the City of Bayswater. One of the reasons for this was to make it easier for the City of Bayswater to manage the reserve.Restoring the reserve is done by the City of Bayswater and Friends of Lightning Swamp Bushland. Works included fencing the perimeter of the reserve to keep out motorbikes and off-road vehicles, creating 3.6-kilometre (2.2 mi) of limestone track for people to walk or ride through the reserve whilst protecting it, planting native plants, controlling weeds and dieback, and creating a boardwalk next to the wetland.

Dianella is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It is within the local government area of the City of Stirling. Dianella was named after the botanical title of a small blue lily, Dianella revoluta, a narrow-leafed plant that was plentiful in the area prior to residential development.

Morley is a suburb of Perth, within the City of Bayswater local government area, situated approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) northeast of the Perth central business district. It contains the Galleria Shopping Centre, one of Perth's larger shopping centres. Morley bus station is located in the car park of the shopping centre. From the late 1950s, Morley (originally known as Morley Park) began to develop as a major shopping and commercial centre.The name Morley began appearing on maps around the beginning of the twentieth century and was adopted when the Morley Park Estate was subdivided for urban development after the First World War. The most likely explanation for its use is that it commemorates Charles William Morley, who is known to have farmed in the area during the 1860s and 1870s.

Mirrabooka is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. Its local government area is the City of Stirling. Mirrabooka is an Aboriginal name for the constellation most commonly known as the Southern Cross.The early stage of development of the suburb was originally as an extension of Girrawheen and Nollamara.The suburb has expanded rapidly in recent years, with the subdivision of bushland, on which housing developments have been built, especially north of Yirrigan Drive. The Mirrabooka Square Shopping Centre developed in 1979 has been expanded. The new regional police station of the Western Australia Police was expanded in 2015.

The Perth Ice Arena (also known as Perth Ice Arena Centre.) is an ice sports and public skate centre, built in 2009 and located at the Malaga precinct of Perth, in Western Australia. The arena serves as the home ice rink for the Perth Thunder in the Australian Ice Hockey League and West Coast Ice Hockey Club who compete in WA state leagues.

Galleria Shopping Centre (formerly known as Westfield Galleria, Centro Galleria and Galleria) is a shopping centre located in Morley, about 8 kilometres (5 mi) northeast of the Perth central business district. It is the 5th largest shopping centre in Western Australia, with several major retailers and approximately 300 specialty retailers. The shopping centre consists of major retailers including Woolworths, Coles. Kmart, Aldi, Target, Rebel Sports, Myer, Event Cinemas and facilities including toilets, restrooms, info desk, lost and found, wheelchair hire, payphones, recycling stations, Uber and Taxi bays. The present centre was constructed in stages between 1988 with Coles and Kmart Australia, and in 1994 with Event Cinemas and Myer. In 2008 a new area on level 2 was constructed for Rebel Sports. Revised plans for the $350 million Morley Galleria shopping centre expansion were approved on 11 February 2019 – though some elements of the development are not expected to be completed until 2031. The redevelopment will expand the shopping centre floor area from 73,365 square metres (789,690 sq ft) to 180,235 square metres (1,940,030 sq ft) with the number of car bays rising from 4086 to 7200. The centre could ultimately end up with as much as 263,500 square metres (2,836,000 sq ft) of floor space.

Noranda railway station is a proposed railway and bus station for the Transperth network. Construction started in 2021, and it is planned to open in 2023–24 as a station on the Morley–Ellenbrook railway line, serving the Perth suburbs of Beechboro, Kiara and Noranda. It is being built in the median of Tonkin Highway, just north of Benara Road.
