MacLean Park is a public park in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, in the U.S. state of Washington. The park has benches facing Lake Union, and also offers views of the Cascades, Gas Works Park, and the Puget Sound. There is a trail leading down from Taylor Avenue. MacLean Park has been cleaned multiple times by the volunteer group We Heart Seattle. Neighbors have also formed Friends of MacLean Park, which hosts cleanups and walks, and "collaborates with the City and non-profits to ensure that individuals in the Greenbelt are provided necessary outreach".

Attachmate Corporation is a 1982-founded software company which focused on secure terminal emulation, legacy integration, and managed file transfer software. Citrix-compatibility and Attachment Reflection were enhanced/added offerings.

Trolley Hill Park is a public park in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, in the U.S. state of Washington. The park's name refers to a trolley line that once ran along 5th Avenue N. One entrance to the park has two stone pillars with wood carvings. There is also a P-Patch community garden.

Westlake is a neighborhood in the city of Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington, named after its location on the western shore of Lake Union. It is a relatively narrow neighborhood, there being only a few blocks between the shoreline and its western limit at Aurora Avenue N., beyond which is Queen Anne. To the south beyond Aloha Street is South Lake Union, and to the north across the Fremont Cut is Fremont. Its main thoroughfares are Dexter and Westlake Avenues N. (north- and southbound). Tom Hanks's character in Sleepless in Seattle lived in a Westlake houseboat.Prior to its dissolution, West Coast Airlines had its headquarters in Westlake.

A Place for Mom, founded in 2000, is a privately held, for-profit senior care referral service headquartered in New York, New York. The company provides personal and professional assistance to families in the search of senior care options. Their service is free to families. They are paid by the senior living communities and homecare providers on its platform. A majority of the company is owned since August 2017 by equity capital firms General Atlantic and Silver Lake. Insight Partners now owns a minority stake as part of the company's $175M capital raise in January 2022. Previously they used former Good Morning America host Joan Lunden in their advertising. The Company provides information regarding more than 20,000 senior housing and homecare providers to seniors and their families throughout the United States and Canada through a network of local "senior living advisors". It also serves as a marketing tool for the thousands of senior housing communities and homecare providers to which it refers. It is the largest such service in North America. In addition, A Place for Mom owns and operates SeniorAdvisor.com, a consumer ratings and reviews site for senior care providers across the U.S. and Canada.

Canlis is a fine dining restaurant serving New American and Pacific Northwest cuisine in Seattle, Washington. Situated in the Queen Anne neighborhood, the restaurant has views of Gas Works Park and the Cascade Mountains. It was built by Peter Canlis in 1950, and remains family-owned. The restaurant currently employs 94 people. It is one of the most award-winning restaurants in the greater Northwest; it is ranked one of the top 20 restaurants in America by Gourmet Magazine, Canlis has been hailed by The New York Times as "Seattle's fanciest, finest restaurant for over 60 years". Since 1997, Canlis has been a recipient of the Wine Spectator Grand Award.

Lake Union is a freshwater lake located entirely within the city limits of Seattle, Washington, United States. It is a major part of the Lake Washington Ship Canal. The easternmost point of the lake is the Ship Canal Bridge, which carries Interstate 5 over the eastern arm of the lake and separates Lake Union from Portage Bay. Lake Union is the namesake of the neighborhoods located on its east and west shores: Eastlake and Westlake respectively. The northern shore of the lake is home to Gas Works Park. Notable features of the southern area of the lake—collectively known as the South Lake Union district—include Lake Union Park, Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI), and the Center for Wooden Boats. The George Washington Memorial Bridge (also known as the Aurora Bridge) carries State Route 99 over the western arm of Lake Union. The Aurora Bridge is so named because it carries Aurora Ave N down the western side of the lake. Lake Union's westernmost point can be considered the Fremont Cut, which is located just west of the Aurora Bridge and is spanned by the Fremont Bridge. The Fremont Bridge carries Fremont Ave N between the neighborhoods of Fremont and Queen Anne and separates Lake Union from the rest of the Lake Washington Ship Canal to the west.

The Stone Avenue Bridge was a bridge in Seattle that connected Stone Avenue (now Stone Way North) in Wallingford with Westlake Avenue just north of Halladay Street. Its northern terminus was in the area of what today is North 34th Street and North 35th Street. It was a temporary replacement for the Fremont Bridge during the construction of the Lake Washington Ship Canal and was a fixed bridge; during its operation no ships with tall masts could enter or exit Lake Union. The Stone Avenue Bridge was 2,700 feet long and included two lanes for cars and wagons, two streetcar tracks, and two sidewalks. An 80-foot-long span at the north end allowed vessels up to 25 feet tall to pass underneath. Its streetcar tracks were used for routes that normally traversed the previous Fremont Bridge when that bridge collapsed in 1914.The bridge opened on May 31, 1911, and was demolished in June 1917 after the new Fremont Bridge opened. No visible evidence of the bridge remains.

The steamship Virginia V is one of two last operational examples of Puget Sound Mosquito Fleet steamers. She was once part of a large fleet of small passenger and freight carrying ships that linked the islands and ports of Puget Sound in Washington state in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. She is a Seattle landmark and a National Historic Landmark. Her original route was between the cities of Tacoma and Seattle, along the West Pass (also known as Colvos Passage) between Vashon Island and the Kitsap Peninsula. Today the ship operates from Heritage Wharf at Lake Union Park in Seattle.

Lotus is a motor yacht, launched in 1909 in Seattle, Washington. Lotus was employed as a pleasure vessel on Puget Sound, and in the waters of British Columbia and southeastern Alaska. Lotus was of a unique design and is now on the National Register of Historic Places.

KONG (channel 16) is an independent television station licensed to Everett, Washington, United States, serving the Seattle area. It is owned by Tegna Inc. alongside NBC affiliate KING-TV (channel 5). Both stations share studios at the Home Plate Center in the SoDo district of Seattle, while KONG's transmitter is located in the city's Queen Anne neighborhood. KONG is the only television station owned by Tegna that is not affiliated with any major broadcast network.

KING-TV (channel 5) is a television station in Seattle, Washington, United States, affiliated with NBC. It is owned by Tegna Inc. alongside Everett-licensed independent station KONG (channel 16). Both stations share studios at the Home Plate Center in the SoDo district of Seattle, while KING-TV's transmitter is located in the city's Queen Anne neighborhood. Debuting as the first television station in the Pacific Northwest, it was purchased by and became the flagship station of Dorothy Bullitt's King Broadcasting Company eight months into broadcasting; the company still exists as a license holder for its properties under Tegna ownership. The station became an NBC affiliate in 1959 and has generally led the Seattle television market since.
