Hudson's Bay Montreal Downtown (French: La Baie D'Hudson Montréal Centre-Ville) is a building complex on the corner of Saint Catherine Street West and Union Avenue in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It was originally named the Henry Morgan Building (French: Maison Morgan), and operated as the flagship store of the Morgan's department store chain from 1891–1972. It became the provincial flagship store of its successor, The Bay, in 1972 (rebranded to Hudson's Bay in 2013). The store is accessible to the Montreal Metro via McGill station, for which an entrance is located on Union Avenue.

Tom Condos is a skyscraper in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The tower is located on Union Avenue between René-Lévesque Boulevard and Cathcart Street, near the Altitude Montreal tower and the Place Ville Marie. Part of the building occupies the site of 1972's Blue Bird Café fire. The tower has 40 floors and 122 m (400 ft) tall, and consists of 322 condos. The architect is Karl Fischer. The project's promoter is Daniel Revah.Construction started in June 2014, with a completion date sometime in 2018.

The Tour des Canadiens is a condominium skyscraper complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is situated next to the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal, at Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal and Rue de la Montagne, and is named for the Montreal Canadiens hockey team, which is a part-owner of the project. The tower consists of 552 condos, with thirteen floors of parking and a large sports bar on the ground floor. As of February 2013, the project has been approved by the city and is 100% sold. Construction began in July 2013, and was completed in 2016. At 50 floors and an estimated 167 metres (548 ft), it is the seventh tallest building in the city, and the second tallest residential tower.

Altitude Montreal is a 33-storey, 124 m (407 ft) skyscraper in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is located at 1225 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard at the corner of Cathcart Street in Downtown Montreal, opposite Place Ville-Marie. This modern skyscraper was designed by some of the same architects who were behind the Louvre Pyramid. [1] Altitude Montreal consists of luxury condominiums and offers hotel-style services to residents such as a pool, spa, fitness centre, lounge, restaurant, business centre, conference room, security, concierge service and a valet. This location also offers famed restaurants like Zibo and Moretti at its street level. As of 2021, it is the city's second tallest residential tower, as it was surpassed by L'Avenue upon its completion. Construction on the tower began on May 3, 2016 on what was previously a parking lot, and was topped out with the addition of the architectural tip in November.Altitude Montreal was designed by architecture firm Jean-Pierre Lagacé Architects, Nicolet Chartrand Knoll are the structural engineers, Bouthillette Parizeau are the mechanical engineers, and interior design by Nicole Vekemans. The developer is Daca Group.

Christ Church Cathedral is an Anglican Gothic Revival cathedral in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, the seat of the Anglican Diocese of Montreal. It is located at 635 Saint Catherine Street West, between Avenue Union and Boulevard Robert-Bourassa. It is situated on top of the Promenades Cathédrale underground shopping mall, and south of Tour KPMG. It was classified as historical monument by the government of Quebec on May 12, 1988. In 1999, it was designated a National Historic Site of Canada.

The Diocese of Montreal is a diocese of the Ecclesiastical Province of Canada of the Anglican Church of Canada, in turn a province of the Anglican Communion. The Telus Tower is an office building at 630 René Lévesque Boulevard West in Montreal. It was built for Canadian Industries Limited from 1960 to 1962, given the name CIL House. Designed by architect Gordon Bunshaft from the architectural firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill with local architects Greenspoon, Freedlander and Dunne, it stands 135.6 m (445 ft) and 34 storeys tall. In 1960, Bunshaft had recently completed his seminal work, Lever House in New York City. During the 1960s when Montreal's financial district shifted from its St. James Street center to midtown, The CIL House also became the annex headquarters of the Bank of Montreal when it added a main banking branch there. Then-named Dorchester Boulevard West became the financial center of Montreal and Canada with the largest Canadian banks and insurance companies having a presence. In later years, CIL moved its head office operations to Ontario. The Royal Trust later received naming rights to the building when it located its head office there until the merger with the Royal Bank of Canada. The name Royal Trust Tower now refers to another building in Toronto. Today, it is home to the Montreal operations of Telus, the head office of Telus Health Solutions, but also houses the local offices of NEUF architect(e)s, Accenture, Roche, Canada Life, Clyde & Co, Fairstone Financial, Inc., as well as a Bank of Montreal , branch.

Promenades Cathédrale is a 135,495-square-foot retail complex on Saint Catherine Street in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The complex is located beneath Montreal's Anglican Christ Church Cathedral. Constructed in 1987, the mall is integrated into the underground city.The complex is connected to Henry Morgan Building across the street along Avenue Union and home to Hudson's Bay Company Montreal store.

The Crystal Palace was an exhibition hall built for the Montreal Industrial Exhibition of 1860, originally located at the foot of Victoria Street (one block west of University) between Sainte-Catherine and Cathcart Streets, then relocated to Fletcher's Field. It was used for temporary exhibitions, and in winter, housed an ice skating rink.
