Hudson's Bay Montreal Downtown (French: La Baie D'Hudson Montréal Centre-Ville) is a building complex on the corner of Saint Catherine Street West and Union Avenue in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It was originally named the Henry Morgan Building (French: Maison Morgan), and operated as the flagship store of the Morgan's department store chain from 1891–1972. It became the provincial flagship store of its successor, The Bay, in 1972 (rebranded to Hudson's Bay in 2013). The store is accessible to the Montreal Metro via McGill station, for which an entrance is located on Union Avenue.

It is situated on top of the Promenades Cathédrale underground shopping mall, and south of Tour KPMG. It was classified as historical monument by the government of Quebec on May 12, 1988. In 1999, it was designated a National Historic Site of Canada.

Robert Bourassa Boulevard (French: boulevard Robert-Bourassa), previously University Street (French: rue University), is a major north-south artery in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The street runs 2.1 km (1.3 mi), from the foot of Quebec Autoroute 10 to the former Royal Victoria Hospital. The portion named Robert Bourassa Boulevard extends from the terminus of Autoroute 10 in the south to Sherbrooke Street in the north. It runs for 1.2 km (0.75 mi). The portion named University Street extends from Sherbrooke Street in the south to Pine Avenue in the north. It runs for 0.9 km (0.56 mi).

The Crystal Palace was an exhibition hall built for the Montreal Industrial Exhibition of 1860, originally located at the foot of Victoria Street (one block west of University) between Sainte-Catherine and Cathcart Streets, then relocated to Fletcher's Field. It is situated next to the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal, at Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal and Rue de la Montagne, and is named for the Montreal Canadiens hockey team, which is a part-owner of the project. The tower consists of 552 condos, with thirteen floors of parking and a large sports bar on the ground floor. As of February 2013, the project has been approved by the city and is 100% sold. Construction began in July 2013, and was completed in 2016. At 50 floors and an estimated 167 metres (548 ft), it is the seventh tallest building in the city, and the second tallest residential tower.

The KPMG Tower, formerly Maison des Coopérants or Place de la Cathédrale, is a 34-storey skyscraper in downtown Montreal, Canada, that was completed in 1987. It is at 600 de Maisonneuve Ouest and has an official height of 146 m (479 ft). The building is owned and operated by BentallGreenOak. The KPMG Tower was built on a plot of land owned by the Christ Church Cathedral, which lies directly in front of the building when viewed from Saint Catherine Street. It was designed by WZMH Architects and was styled to relate to the cathedral. The tower incorporates an underground shopping centre, Promenades Cathédrale, as part of the underground city that is connected to the Metro.

Altitude Montreal is a 33-storey, 124 m (407 ft) skyscraper in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is located at 1225 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard at the corner of Cathcart Street in Downtown Montreal, opposite Place Ville-Marie. This modern skyscraper was designed by some of the same architects who were behind the Louvre Pyramid. [1] Altitude Montreal consists of luxury condominiums and offers hotel-style services to residents such as a pool, spa, fitness centre, lounge, restaurant, business centre, conference room, security, concierge service and a valet. This location also offers famed restaurants like Zibo and Moretti at its street level. As of 2021, it is the city's second tallest residential tower, as it was surpassed by L'Avenue upon its completion. Construction on the tower began on May 3, 2016 on what was previously a parking lot, and was topped out with the addition of the architectural tip in November.Altitude Montreal was designed by architecture firm Jean-Pierre Lagacé Architects, Nicolet Chartrand Knoll are the structural engineers, Bouthillette Parizeau are the mechanical engineers, and interior design by Nicole Vekemans.
