Jintai Xizhao station

The Beijing Television Cultural Center fire was a massive blaze on 9 February 2009, in the Beijing central business district of Beijing, involving the uncompleted Beijing Television Cultural Center (TVCC) building. The building was adjacent to the CCTV Headquarters and owned by China Central Television (CCTV), was scheduled for completion in May 2009. The TVCC has been rebuilt and was opened in 2012. At 8:27 p.m. on 9 February 2009, on the last day of the festivities marking Chinese New Year, the entire building caught fire due to a nearby unsanctioned fireworks display; it was put out six hours later.The incident, and its coverage by Chinese state media, caused a furor in China. CCTV officials had carried out powerful pyrotechnics without the required permit from local government, and ignored repeated police warnings not to hold them. The authorities' attempts to censor news of the blaze were widely denounced by citizens as well as the international press.

The Television Cultural Center (TVCC; Chinese: 中央电视台电视文化中心) is a 34-story skyscraper on East Third Ring Road, Guanghua Road in the Central Business District (CBD) of Beijing, China. It was due to open in mid-May 2009 containing a hotel, a theater, and several studios. It finally opened on 16 May 2012 due to a major fire.

The CCTV Headquarters is a 51-floor skyscraper formed out of a pair of conjoined towers that sits on the East Third Ring Road, Guanghua Road in the Beijing Central Business District (CBD) and serves as the headquarters for China Central Television (CCTV). Rem Koolhaas and Ole Scheeren of OMA were the architects in charge for the building, while Cecil Balmond at Arup provided the complex engineering design. The building's construction began on 1 June 2004 and its façade was completed in January 2008. The structure was feted by some architectural critics as "the greatest work of architecture built in this century" and was named the 2013 Best Tall Building Worldwide by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

Hujialou station (simplified Chinese: 呼家楼站; traditional Chinese: 呼家樓站; pinyin: Hūjiālóu zhàn) is an interchange station on Line 6 and Line 10 of the Beijing Subway. The station handled a peak passenger traffic of 206,800 people on May 5, 2013.

The Jing Guang Centre (simplified Chinese: 京广中心; traditional Chinese: 京廣中心; pinyin: Jīng-Guǎng Zhōngxīn, an abbreviation for "Beijing-Guangzhou Centre") is a 208 m (682 ft) skyscraper in Beijing CBD which was top of the List of tallest buildings in Beijing from 1989 to 2006.The Jing Guang Centre was also the tallest building in mainland China from completion in 1989 until 1996, when King Tower in Shanghai and Shenzhen's Shun Hing Square were completed. The main tower is composed of 3 parts: hotel, offices and condominium, with a side building of additional office space on the northern side.

It is located next to The China World Trade Center in Chaoyang District, the central business district of Beijing, China, and attached to the China World Mall.

Guomao Station (simplified Chinese: 国贸站; traditional Chinese: 國貿站; pinyin: Guómào Zhàn) is an interchange station on Line 1 and Line 10 of the Beijing Subway at the China World Trade Center. Guomao is the Chinese abbreviation for China World Trade Center. It is located in Chaoyang District. The station handled a peak passenger traffic of 359,800 people on May 5, 2013.

Guomao (simplified Chinese: 国贸; traditional Chinese: 國貿; pinyin: guómào) is an area in Beijing at the center of the Beijing central business district, demarcated by the intersection of Jianguomen Outer Street and the Third Ring Road. The Chinese World Trade Center is located there. It was formerly known as Dabeiyao (simplified Chinese: 大北窑; traditional Chinese: 大北窯; pinyin: dàběiyáo), and bus stops in the vicinity still bear this name. Guomao is also the name of the interchange station on Line 1 and Line 10.
