WPNE (FM)

WIXX (101.1 FM) is a Top 40/CHR radio station licensed to and serving Green Bay, Wisconsin, along with Appleton, Oshkosh, and much of Northeast Wisconsin. The station is owned and operated by Wausau, Wisconsin-based Midwest Communications, and is part of a Midwest-owned cluster of 8 stations in the market. WIXX broadcasts from studios located on Bellevue Street in the Green Bay suburb of Bellevue, and transmits from a tower on Scray Hill in the Brown County town of Ledgeview, sharing a site with WBAY-TV, WPNE-TV, and WPNE-FM. WIXX's main competition comes from WKSZ/WKZY, a Top 40 (CHR) simulcast broadcasting to the same area.

Scray Hill (also known possessively as Scray's Hill) is an 892-foot (272 m) summit in Brown County, Wisconsin, at 44°24′58″N 87°59′48″W. Located just south of De Pere, much of the hill is in the Town of Glenmore; some of its northwestern edges are in the Town of Ledgeview. Scray Hill is home to many television, radio, and communications towers and transmitters, as well as the Central Brown County Water Authority (CBCWA) storage facility.Scray Hill is part of the Niagara Escarpment (locally called the Ledge), a long, steep slope marking the edge of a plateau that stretches from New York to Wisconsin.

Ledgeview is a town in Brown County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 6,555 as of the 2010 census, up from 3,363 at the 2000 census.

Kolb (also called Kolb's Corner) is an unincorporated community located in the town of Ledgeview, Brown County, Wisconsin, United States. Kolb is located at the junction of County Highways G, V, and MM 7 miles (11 km) south-southeast of Green Bay. The community is named after Peter Kolb, who was the first postmaster when the post office opened in May 1887.

The Meyer Theatre is a historic theater located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. St. Norbert Abbey is a Roman Catholic monastery of Canons Regular of Premontre, located in De Pere, Wisconsin. The Abbey is named after Saint Norbert of Xanten (c. 1180–1134), the founder of the order, after whom, members are known as, "Norbertines". St. Norbert Abbey was established in 1898 by Norbertines from Berne Abbey in the Netherlands. St. Norbert's is the oldest religious community of its kind the United States, serving as the Mother Canonry to Norbertines across North America. The Abbey is situated on 160 acres (0.65 km2) of land east of the Fox River, south of Green Bay, Wisconsin, within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Green Bay.The members of the community combine a monastic-style life with the active ministry of ordained priests. Priests and Brothers of the Abbey serve in parish churches, at parochial schools and at St. Norbert College, whose founder, Bernard Pennings, was the First Abbot the community.

WNFL (1440 AM) is an American all-sports radio station located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The station is locally owned and operated by Midwest Communications, which owns six other stations in Northeast Wisconsin. WNFL simulcasts the programming of WRNW in Milwaukee from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. The station is also an affiliate of Fox Sports Radio, carrying much of their line-up for the remainder of the day and on weekends. It airs one minute news updates from CBS at approximately 45 minutes past the hour. In addition to the station's sports-talk offerings, WNFL airs Milwaukee Bucks basketball play-by-play and local high school football and basketball games. Milwaukee Brewers baseball games during the work week are also on WNFL, with night and weekend games on sister station WTAQ. Former programming on the station included The Steve Czaban Show and the station's local Maino & Nick (John Maino and Nick Vitrano) show.
