Sawyers Crossing Covered Bridge

The South Branch of the Ashuelot River is a 17.4-mile-long (28.0 km) river located in southwestern New Hampshire in the United States. It is a tributary of the Ashuelot River, itself a tributary of the Connecticut River, which flows to Long Island Sound. The South Branch begins in the town of Troy, New Hampshire, at the confluence of Rockwood Brook and Quarry Brook. The river flows in a zigzag manner northwest, then southwest, then north to the Ashuelot River in Swanzey. On the river's northwest-flowing leg, it drops rapidly as it cuts a deep, narrow valley through the highlands of Troy and Marlborough. New Hampshire Route 12 and an abandoned railroad line follow the river along this section. When the river turns southwest, the valley widens, except for a brief section where the river passes the village of East Swanzey. The final, north-flowing leg of the river is through a broad, flat intervale, where the river makes numerous tight meanders.

Monadnock Regional Middle High School is a public school in Swanzey, New Hampshire. The school serves six towns in the Monadnock region, including Fitzwilliam, Gilsum, Richmond, Roxbury, Swanzey, and Troy. Monadnock was established in 1962 when the district was founded, and named after a nearby landmark, Mount Monadnock.

The Golden Rod Grange No. 114 is a historic Grange hall on New Hampshire Route 32 in Swanzey, New Hampshire, United States. Built in 1916, it continues to occupy a significant place in the community as a meeting and function space. The little-altered building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. It is now owned by the town and maintained by the Swanzey Preservation Society.

Swanzey is a town in Cheshire County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 7,270 at the 2020 census. In addition to the town center, Swanzey includes the villages of East Swanzey, West Swanzey, North Swanzey and Westport.

Dillant–Hopkins Airport (IATA: EEN, ICAO: KEEN, FAA LID: EEN) is a general aviation airport located 2 miles (3.2 km) south of the central business district (CBD) of Keene, in Cheshire County, New Hampshire, United States. It covers 888 acres (359 ha) and has two runways. It is included in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017–2021, in which it is categorized as a regional general aviation facility.The city enjoyed six decades of regularly scheduled airline service starting in the 1940s, with multiple daily flights operated with a mix of commuter prop, regional turboprop and mainline jet service. As of June 2008, however, the airport had no commercial airline service.

The Carleton Bridge (or Carlton Bridge) is a historic wooden covered bridge that carries Carlton Road over the South Branch Ashuelot River in East Swanzey, New Hampshire. The bridge was built in 1869, and is the region's only surviving example of a 19th-century Queenspost truss bridge. The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

The Branch is a 2.6-mile-long (4.2 km) river located entirely in the city of Keene, in southwestern New Hampshire in the United States. It is a tributary of the Ashuelot River, itself a tributary of the Connecticut River, which flows to Long Island Sound. While itself a very short river, The Branch is formed by the confluence of the much-longer Otter Brook and Minnewawa Brook and was sometimes considered in the past to be part of Otter Brook. A 1982 decision by the federal Board on Geographic Names established the name "The Branch". Variant names cited by the Board include "Branch of Ashuelot", "Otter Branch", and "Otter Brook".The Branch is paralleled for its entire length by New Hampshire Route 101.

The Wyman Tavern is a historic house, former tavern, and now a local history museum, at 339 Main Street in Keene, New Hampshire. Built in 1762 by Isaac Wyman, it also served as the muster ground for militia at the outbreak of the American Revolutionary War. In 1968 the property was acquired by a local non-profit, which leases it to the Cheshire County Historical Society for use as a museum. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.

The Dr. Daniel Adams House is a historic house at 324 Main Street in Keene, New Hampshire. Built about 1795, it is a good example of transitional Federal-Greek Revival architecture, with a well documented history of alterations by its first owner. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The Elliot Mansion (now Elliot Hall or the Elliot Center and formerly the Elliot Community Hospital and the Elliot City Hospital) is a historic house at 229 Main Street in Keene, New Hampshire. Built about 1810, it was said to be the finest house in town at the time of its completion, and it remains a high quality example of Federal period architecture. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. It now houses facilities of Keene State College.

The Cohen Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies is one of the oldest Holocaust resource centers in the United States. Founded in 1983, the center is located at Keene State College in New Hampshire. The center was founded by Dr. Charles Hildebrandt.

The President's House of Keene State College, formerly the Catherine Fiske Seminary For Young Ladies, is a historic house at 251 Main Street in Keene, New Hampshire. Built in 1805 and restyled in the late 19th century, it is one of Keene's oldest brick residences, and now serves as the official residence of its president. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
