EDSA station (PNR)

The Magallanes Interchange is a four-level partial turbine interchange in Makati, Metro Manila, the Philippines, serving as the junction between the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), Osmeña Highway, and Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA). It is also an interchange between the two train lines of Metro Manila, the MRT-3, which is over EDSA, and the PNR Metro Commuter, beside SLEX. It is currently one of the busiest intersections in Metro Manila.

Magallanes station is an elevated Manila Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station situated on Line 3. The station is named after the adjacent Magallanes district of Makati, which in turn is named after Ferdinand Magellan, who discovered the Philippines for Spain on April 15, 1521. Although the station is named after Magallanes, it also serves passengers from Kayamanan-C and barangays Dasmariñas, Pio del Pilar, and San Lorenzo in Makati, and those from Taguig. The station is the twelfth station for trains headed to Taft Avenue and the second station for trains headed to North Avenue. It is the last station in Makati before it crosses over to Pasay.

Assumption College San Lorenzo (AC, Assumption SanLo, Assumption Makati), is a private, Roman Catholic basic and higher education institution exclusively for girls run by the Religious of the Assumption in San Lorenzo Village, Makati, Philippines. It was established by the Assumption Sisters in 1958 and named Assumption Convent. Assumption San Lorenzo is the successor of the closed school named Assumption Convent which was located along Herran Street, Ermita, Manila. It provides education from pre-school, elementary, secondary, tertiary, to graduate level. The alumnae and present students of this school include daughters and granddaughters of Presidents, industrialists, politicians, actors/actresses and prominent figures in the Philippines.Assumption College is a charter member of the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU). Pasay Road station is a railway station located on the South Main Line in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is one of two stations (the other is Santa Mesa) in the line to have its own access road. It is named after Pasay Road, the old name of the Makati section of the adjacent Arnaiz Avenue. The station is the tenth station from Tutuban and is one of three stations serving Makati, the other two being Dela Rosa and EDSA. It is the only station in Makati, and the only station between España and Alabang, which serves intercity trains, being a stopping point for the Bicol Express and Mayon Limited. In addition to having its own dedicated access road, Pasay Road station is also one of three stations (the others being Santa Mesa and España) to have its original platforms extended and raised in order to accommodate new PNR diesel multiple units. The original platforms have been retained for the use of Commuter Express locomotives and especially for intercity trains.

Don Bosco Technical Institute of Makati, or simply "Don Bosco Makati." is a private Catholic educational institution owned and operated by the Salesians of Don Bosco (SDB). Its campus is located at Chino Roces Avenue Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. In January 1954, the cornerstone of Don Bosco Makati was laid down, during the term of then, Servant of God Fr. Carlo Braga, SDB, as Provincial. At the same year, construction of the first building was completed which housed the chapel, the convent, a youth center, and the auditorium. Salesian priests namely Fr. Quaranta, Fr. Jua, Fr. Righetti, Fr. Patrick Ryan, and Brother Nicolino Tambascia started to work at the Youth Center. In January 1955 Religious clubs, youth groups and catechism classes were formed. In June of the same year the Grade School edifice was built. Enrollees for Grades V, VI and for first year in the secondary level were accepted. In 1956 the first thirty six (36) Grade VI pupils were the first graduates from Don Bosco Makati.

Colegio San Agustín – Makati, also referred to by its acronym CSA or CSA-Makati, is a private, Catholic, co-educational basic education institution run by the Augustinian Province of the Most Holy Name of Jesus of the Philippines of the Order of Saint Augustine in Dasmariñas Village, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The school is one of the most diverse in the Philippines in terms of nationality, with 11% of the student population coming from over 40 countries. Like its sister schools (Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod, Colegio San Agustin-Biñan and Colegio San Agustin-Bulacan), the students of CSA-Makati are called "Augustinians" (Filipino: Agustino).

The Residences at Greenbelt – Manila Tower is a residential condominium skyscraper in Makati, Philippines. It is the third of three buildings constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex, and has a similar dimension to The Residences at Greenbelt - Laguna Tower. It is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the Philippines with a height of 170.75 meters (560.2 ft) from the ground to its architectural top.The building has 48 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.

The Residences at Greenbelt – San Lorenzo Tower is a residential condominium skyscraper in Makati, Philippines. It is the second of three buildings being constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex, and is the highest of the three. It is the 11th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well with a height of 204.5 metres from the ground to its architectural spire.The building has 57 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.

The Beacon – Arnaiz Tower is a residential condominium skyscraper in Makati, Philippines. It is the second of three towers, and part of The Beacon complex. The Beacon was developed by Geo Estate Estate Development Corporation in cooperation with New Pacific Resources Management, Inc. Groundbreaking for the project was on January 28, 2008, while actual construction works for Arnaiz Tower started on May 14, 2008. The building was expected to be opened by 2011. The building was topped-off on June 15, 2012, and has started turn-over of units to its residents by August 2013. The building was officially declared complete by early 2014. No official height was announced, but Arnaiz Tower has 50 storeys above ground, taller than her two other sister towers, the Roces Tower and the Amorsolo Tower.

The Beacon – Amorsolo Tower is a planned residential condominium skyscraper in Makati, Philippines. It will be the last of three towers, and part of The Beacon complex. The Beacon is being developed by Geo Estate Estate Development Corporation in cooperation with New Pacific Resources Management, Inc. Groundbreaking for the project was on January 28, 2008, while actual construction works for Amorsolo Tower has not yet commenced.No official height is announced, but Amorsolo Tower will have the same dimensions as its twin, the 45-storey Roces Tower, which is already under construction.

It is expected to be one of the tallest skyscraper in the Philippines with a height of 170.75 metres from the ground to its architectural top.The building has 48 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.

The Beacon – Roces Tower is a residential condominium skyscraper in Makati, Philippines, and has a height of 158 meters (518 ft). It is the first of three towers, and part of The Beacon complex. The Beacon was developed by Geo Estate Estate Development Corporation in cooperation with New Pacific Resources Management, Inc. Groundbreaking for the project was on January 28, 2008, while actual construction works for Roces Tower started on February 8, 2008. The building opened in 2011, while the initial hand-over of units to residents started in August 2011. Roces Tower also has 44 stories above ground, and a sister twin tower, the Amorsolo Tower, which has the same dimensions as the Roces Tower. Topping-off ceremonies were held last July 21, 2009.
